Description
The present invention relates to a cooling duct arrangement structure for a saddle-ride type electric vehicle such as an electric three-wheeled vehicle.
Conventionally, an electric three-wheeled vehicle using a motor as a drive source is known. In this electric three-wheeled vehicle, a battery support frame is supported at the rear of the floor of the body frame via a rolling joint so as to be swingable in the left-right direction. The front end of the swing arm is supported at the front portion of the battery support frame so as to be swingable in the vertical direction, and the rear wheel is pivotally supported at the rear end of the swing arm. The swing arm includes an electric motor and a transmission, and constitutes a swing unit together with a rear wheel (see Patent Document 1).
In the conventional electric three-wheeled vehicle described above, a passage for sending out the discharge air from the fan is required to cool the battery. On the other hand, it is conceivable to extend the cooling duct for introducing cooling air from the battery to the outside. However, since the battery support frame is supported so as to be swingable with respect to the vehicle body frame, There is a problem that the ducts are twisted to buffer the surrounding parts and to be damaged by the buffering.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cooling duct routing structure for a saddle-ride type electric vehicle capable of suppressing torsional displacement of a cooling duct that guides cooling air for cooling a battery.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a power unit (9) for generating a vehicle driving force at a rear portion of a vehicle body frame (5) via a swing joint (17). A joint case (18) in which the joint (17) is supported by the body frame (5) via a swing shaft (S) so as to be movable up and down, and swings in the left-right direction with respect to the joint case (18). A joint shaft (19) that can be supported, and the power unit (9) is supported by the joint shaft (19). The power unit (9) is a battery (51) as a travel drive source, and the battery. A drive motor (32) for driving the drive wheels (8R, 8L) with the electric power supplied from (51), and the power unit A pair of left and right drive wheels (8R, 8L) are connected to the rear wheel (9), and a rear cushion (21) is provided between the rear portion of the vehicle body frame (5) and the power unit (9) in the center in the vehicle width direction. ), A battery case (50) for housing the battery (51) is provided, and flexible cooling is performed to supply cooling air to the battery case (50) into the battery case (50). A duct (70) is connected, and the cooling duct (70) extends along the joint shaft (19) toward the front side in a state of being close to the joint shaft (19).
The invention described in
The invention described in
The invention described in
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the rear cushion (21) includes a U-shaped cushion bracket (106) at the lower end, and a cooling duct (70B) is inserted into the cushion bracket (106). And
The invention described in
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cooling duct connected to the battery case extends close to the joint shaft and along the joint shaft, the left and right sides of the joint frame are centered on the axis of the joint shaft. Even if the power unit swings in the direction, the cooling duct can be kept from being displaced about the axis of the joint shaft relative to the vehicle body frame (in the rolling direction) to a minimum. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cooling duct from being twisted and buffering with peripheral components.
According to the second aspect of the invention, the cooling duct extending forward across the swing axis does not change at the tip end even with respect to the swing operation of the power unit, and is slightly curved near the swing axis. Stop. Further, even if the front end side of the cooling duct is fixed, it is possible to absorb the twist as a whole with respect to the swing operation and the rolling operation of the power unit, and it is possible to prevent a load from being applied due to the local twist.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when extending upward along the rear cushion arranged in the vertical direction, cooling air can be sucked from above, which is advantageous in preventing water from entering. It is.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the cooling duct is easily routed and the cooling duct can be held with a simple structure.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the cooling duct can be held by effectively using the cushion bracket for supporting the lower end of the rear cushion.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the joint shaft of the swinging swing joint and the joint case of the swinging swing joint itself serve as a cooling duct. Therefore, if a connecting part with a battery case that does not have a relative twist with respect to the joint shaft is connected, the connecting part will not be twisted, and the body frame without a relative twist with respect to the joint case. If the connecting portions are connected, the connecting portions are not twisted.
Accordingly, there is no portion that twists over the entire cooling duct formed by both the connecting portions and the swing joint, and the durability is greatly improved.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an electric three-wheeled vehicle 1 as a saddle-ride type electric vehicle is a battery-driven electric vehicle having a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
A
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a
The swing joint 17 is rotatable relative to the
A
The
Thus, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 6, a bulging
As a result, a part of the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
The
A cooling
As shown in FIG. 7, the left and right side walls 62, 62 other than the bulging

The
The
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a voltage is supplied to 12V auxiliary equipment and a control device at a connecting portion between the

Inside the
In the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the electric power from the
The
According to the above embodiment, when the cooling
Although the cooling
Further, the cooling
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The cooling
As shown in FIG. 12, the holding
According to this embodiment, similar to the first embodiment, the cooling
In particular, in this embodiment, the cooling
Furthermore, since the cooling
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The cooling
The upper end portion of the cooling
According to this embodiment, in addition to the effects of the second embodiment, since the
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In this embodiment, a part of the cooling
Here, the
The
Further, four
The base end of the
According to this embodiment, since the rolling
Therefore, there is no portion twisted over the entire cooling duct 70C, and the durability is remarkably improved.
