Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の電磁作動弁から出発する。
これに対して請求項1の特徴部に記載の構成を有する本発明による弁は、液体が弁室から比較的小さな流れ抵抗を以て少なくとも1つの通路を通って弁ドームに流入して、そこに存在する空気を押し退けることができ、この空気を別の通路を介して弁室に流入させ、そこで弁から導出させることができるという利点を有している。分離された複数の通路が、弁ドームにおいて初めて互いに連通する流路として提供されているので、空気抜きは極めて有効である。
図1に示した自動車の液圧式ブレーキ装置用の電磁作動弁10は主として2つの構成群、即ち弁ブロック12の段付孔11内に固定された液圧部分13と、この液圧部分に被せ嵌められた電気部分14とから成っている。
Claims (6)
- 電磁作動弁(10)であって、弁体(16)と、該弁体(16)に結合された弁ドーム(22)と、該弁ドーム(22)に長手方向可動に収容された可動子(23)と、弁体(16)内の長手方向孔(17)と、該長手方向孔(17)内に配置された案内管(18)と、前記長手方向孔(17)内で少なくとも間接的に長手方向可動に案内された、弁ドームとは反対の側の弁室(35)に設けられたシート弁(43)の閉鎖部材(42)に可動子運動を伝達するためのプランジャ(21)とが設けられており、前記弁室が液体案内するように弁ドーム(22)と接続されている形式のものにおいて、
前記弁室(35)は、液体の流入孔(28)および流出孔(29)に連通し、
前記プランジャ(21)を収容する案内管(18)が弁体(16)の長手方向孔(17)内で固定されており、弁室(35)と弁ドーム(22)とを連通させるよう全長にわたって連続して延びる、互いに分離された複数の通路(20)を前記案内管(18)の外周面に有しており、これらの通路(20)が弁ドーム(22)において初めて互いに連通し、
前記弁ドーム(22)内の空気は、少なくとも1つの通路(20)を通じて弁室(35)に逃がされ、前記流出孔(29)を通って前記電磁作動弁(10)から導出されることを特徴とする電磁作動弁。
- 案内管(18)の外側に少なくとも2つの面取り部(19)が通路(20)として設けられている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 可動子(23)に長手方向で延びる溝(24)が設けられている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 弁室(35)の、シート弁(43)の弁座(44)とは反対の側が、案内管(18)に向かう横断面楔形の狭小部(40)を以て弁体(16)と案内管(18)との間の通路(20)に移行している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 可動子(23)、プランジャ(21)及び閉鎖部材(42)が、該閉鎖部材(42)に作用する戻しばね(47)の作用下で互いに支持されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 案内管(18)に、プランジャ(21)が小さな遊びを以て収容されており、更に、プランジャ(21)に対して同軸的に延びるピン(46)を備えた閉鎖部材(42)が大きな半径方向遊びを以て収容されている、請求項5記載の弁。
