Description
本発明の実施例として、図1にその構成を示した組電池(非水電解液電池)を製造した。なお、図1は構成を示す概略図であり、負極端子4の折り曲げ部41の構造を有しているが、図1では省略した。
本形態は、電極端子3,4の切れ込み6の形態が異なること以外は実施例と同様な構成である。
上記の各形態においては、全ての単電池2の電極端子3,4に折り曲げ部31,41を形成していたが、全ての電極端子3,4に折り曲げ部31,41を形成しない形態であってもよい。

Claims (7)
- 正極端子、負極端子を有する蓄電要素と、該正極端子及び該負極端子が突出した状態で該蓄電要素を封入する外層部材と、
を有する蓄電装置であって、
該正極端子及び該負極端子の少なくとも一方は、該外層部材から突出する方向に伸び該蓄電要素の電力が流れる電極部と、該外層部材の外部で該電極部ののびる方向と交差する方向であって、該電極部の広がる方向と平行な方向に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部と、を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記折り曲げ部は、折り曲げ起点を有する請求項1記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極部と前記折り曲げ部は、前記正極端子及び前記負極端子の少なくとも一方に形成された切れ込みにより分けられる請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記折り曲げ部は、前記蓄電要素の状態を検出する状態検出装置に接続される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置は、前記蓄電要素をラミネートフィルムで封入してなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記正極端子及び前記負極端子の少なくとも一方は、その表面に活物質層が形成された集電体よりなる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
- 非水電解液二次電池である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
