Claims (4)
- 温熱用蓄熱タンクと、
冷熱用蓄熱タンクと、
この冷熱用蓄熱タンクから前記温熱用蓄熱タンクに熱を移動させるヒートポンプとを備え、
厨房に設けられ、かつ前記温熱用蓄熱タンクに蓄えた温熱を少なくとも2種類以上の温度域で利用する複数の温熱機器および、
前記厨房に設けられ、かつ前記冷熱用蓄熱タンクに蓄えた冷熱を少なくとも2種類以上の温度域で利用する複数の冷熱機器とを備えることを特徴とする厨房システム。 - 厨房に設置された食器洗浄機やシンクなどの厨房機器からの温熱排水から、ヒートポンプにより、廃熱を回収し、前記温熱用蓄熱タンクに蓄熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の厨房システム。
- 厨房に設置されたグリルやオーブンレンジなどの厨房機器からの温熱排気からヒートポンプにより、廃熱を回収し、前記温熱用蓄熱タンクに蓄熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の厨房システム。
- 厨房に設置される調理台を備え、
前記温熱機器は、前記調理台の表面を高温に維持する保温スペースを含み、冷熱機器は、前記調理台の表面を低温に維持する保冷スペースを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の厨房システム。
