Claims (10)
- アークシュートアセンブリであって、
横軸を有するハウジング(202)であって、該ハウジング(202)が、第1及び第2のハウジング部材(204、206)を備え、前記第2のハウジング部材(206)が、前記第1のハウジング部材(204)に取り外し可能に接続し、前記第1及び第2のハウジング部材(204、206)の各々が、第1の長軸を有する第1のハウジング壁と、第2の長軸を有する第2のハウジング壁と、安定部材(214)とを備え、前記第1のハウジング壁が、前記第1の長軸に沿って配置され、前記ハウジング(202)を遮蔽するフランジ片(406)を有し、前記第2のハウジング壁が、前記第1のハウジング壁に対して垂直に取り付けられ、前記第2の長軸に沿って配置され傾斜する側面を備えるタブを有している、前記ハウジング(202)と、
前記ハウジング(202)により支持され、アークシュートが不適切な向きで組み付けられることを防止する突起部(504)を備えるアークランナ板(502)と、
前記ハウジング内に配置された消孤部とを備え、
前記消孤部は、
前記ハウジングの前記横軸に沿って離間するとともにそれぞれ切り込み部(220)を有する少なくとも2枚の消孤板(208)を備え、前記切り込み部は前記横軸に沿って互い違いにされた、アークを軽減するように構成されるアークシュートアセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジング(202)内に配置され、前記消孤板(208)を電気的に絶縁する機能を果たす絶縁部材(210)をさらに備え、前記絶縁部材には通気口(222)を設け、前記ハウジングには通気スロット(228)を設け、それによってアークガスの移動を促進する、請求項1に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 波形構造を有し、前記絶縁部材(210)の近傍に位置するフィルタ部材をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタ部材は金属製である、請求項3に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 前記安定板(214)はスチール製である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記消孤部は複数の消孤板(208)からなり、前記消孤板を保持するように構成された支持部材(218)の傾斜配列をさらに備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 前記フランジ片(406)が、融除ライナを取り付けるための取り付け穴(422)と、
表面上方の誘電力を高めるリブ片(420)とを有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも2枚の消孤板(208)の各々に取り付けスロット(203)を設け、前記ハウジング(202)は、前記取り付けスロットと嵌合し、それにより前記消孤板を支持するように対応して構成された突起部(303)を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のアークシュートアセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のアークシュートアセンブリを製造する方法であって、
ファスナ(207)によって前記安定部材(214)を前記第2のハウジング壁に連結して、前記第1及び第2のハウジング部材(204、206)を形成する段階と、
前記ハウジング内に前記消孤部を配置する段階と、
前記アークランナ板(502)を前記ハウジングに取り付ける段階と、
を含む方法。 - 複数の接点と、
複数の遮断器開口部(104)と、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の複数のアークシュートアセンブリと、
を備え、
各アークシュートアセンブリが、対応する遮断器開口部(104)に挿入され、対応する接点が移動して互いから離れることにより発生する電気アークの発生を軽減する、
回路遮断器配列(100)。
