Claims (7)
- 細胞診装置において、
螺旋巻きケーブルであって、回転動作を前記ケーブルの近位部分から前記ケーブルの遠位部分へ伝えるのに十分な捩じり剛性を備え、前記遠位部分は身体管腔へ導入されるようにされていて、前記近位部分は前記遠位部分の操作を行えるよう前記管腔の外に留め置かれるようにされている、螺旋巻きケーブルと、
前記遠位部分に接続されて遠位方向に延びる円筒状の内周面と外周面とを有する円筒状の壁と、該円筒状の壁を貫通して設けられた開口とを備える掻爬要素であって、該開口は当該掻爬要素が回転運動した際に組織細胞を切除するように構成されており、切除された組織を受け入れる溜めを備える掻爬要素と、
を有し、
前記開口は、前記掻爬要素の円筒状の壁の中心軸線に平行に配置されて相互に周方向で間隔を開けられた第1切削縁と第2切削縁であって、円筒状の壁の直径方向で相互に反対側の位置で前記円筒状の壁を貫通して延び、相互に平行とされたそれぞれ異なる平面で、前記円筒状の壁の中心軸線を含む平面とは一致しない平面によって画定されている第1切削縁と第2切削縁を有する細胞診装置。 - 前記円筒状の内周面上に取り付けられ、前記細胞を保持するように構成されているメッシュを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の細胞診装置。
- 前記溜めを覆って配置されている、引き込むことのできる外シースを更に備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の細胞診装置。
- ワイヤガイドが、ワイヤガイドルーメンに挿通されていて、前記掻爬要素の遠位開口を通って出るようになされている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の細胞診装置。
- 切除された組織を前記溜め内に保持するために前記掻爬要素を覆って配置されている、引き込むことのできる外シースと、を備えている請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞診装置。
- 前記掻爬要素の遠位端は、ワイヤガイドを挿通させるように適合されている開口を備えている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記掻爬要素の近位端の内径は、前記巻きケーブルの遠位端の外径に取り外し可能に係合されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
