Claims (8)
- 自動車(10)用運転者援助システムであって、
(a)自動車(10)の現在又は将来の運動状態を特徴づける作動データを検出する少なくとも1つの作動データセンサ及び
(b)所定の作動状態が存在すると自動車(10)の自発的非常制動を開始するために構成されている電気制御装置(24)
を有するものにおいて、
(c)非常制動の直前又は非常制動中又は非常制動後に自動車(10)の駐車制動機(28)を不活動位置から活動位置へもたらすように、電気制御装置(24)が構成され、この活動位置で停電が駐車制動機(28)を受動的に制動位置へもたらす
ことを特徴とする、運転者援助システム。 - 非常制動後自動車(10)が停止する際制動信号により駐車制動機(28)を活動位置から制動位置へもたらすように、電気制御装置(24)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の運転者援助システム。
- 電気制御装置(24)が、
(i) 自動車のエアバッグの少なくとも1軸加速度センサ(2)に接続され、かつ
(ii)非常制動が存在する際エアバッグが始動されているかを検出し、かつ非常制動が存在する場合駐車制動機(28)を制動位置へもたらすように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の運転者援助システム。 - 自発的な非常制動の場合自動車(10)が所定の最小減速度を下回る時、駐車制動機(28)を調整して作動させるように、電気制御装置(24)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 駐車制動機(28)をロック防止モードで作動させるように、電気制御装置(24)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の運転者援助システム。
- (a)請求項1〜5の1つに記載の運転者援助システム、
(b)ばね負荷蓄圧槽(40)を持つ電気−空気駐車制動機(28)、及び
(c)常用制動機(26)
を持つ自動車。 - (i) 駐車制動機(28)が
自動車(10)の通常作動の際安定な通電されない通過位置にある1安定保持弁(42)、
自動車(10)の通常作動の際第1の位置にあって駐車制動機(28)を自動車(10)の圧縮空気供給装置に接続する2安定空気圧弁(44)、及び
ばね負荷蓄圧槽(40)
を含み、自動車(10)の通常作動の際駐車制動機(28)が給気され、
(ii) 電気制御装置(24)が、自発的非常制動の場合駐車制動機(28)を不活動位置から活動位置へもたらすように構成され、
この活動位置において、保持弁(42)が通電され、それにより不安定な閉じた位置へもたらされ、2安定空気圧弁(44)が第2の位置にあり、
(iii)この第2の位置において、停電の場合保持弁(42)が開いてばね負荷蓄圧槽(40)を排気する
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の自動車。 - 常用制動機(26)用ロック防止システムが設けられ、非常制動の場合
ロック防止システムにより、自動車(10)の減速を特徴づける制動データ及びロック防止システムの作動を符号化する状態データを求め、
制動データが所定の制動閾値に達せず、状態データが駐車制動機(28)を持つ車軸にある常用制動回路の故障を示す時、駐車制動機(28)が調整された制動力で制動を行うように、駐車制動機(28)を制御する
ように、電気制御装置(24)が構成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の自動車。
