Claims (14)
- ポリマーテープの少なくとも2の単層から形成される積層体の製造方法であって、該ポリマーテープは少なくとも200MPaの引張強さを有しており、該ポリマーテープはシース/コア構造を有しており、かつ該シース材料は、後の工程で、ドクターブレードにより、噴霧により、粉体被覆により、または前記テープをポリマー溶液または分散液に通過させることにより、コア材料に適用される積層体の製造方法において、
ポリマーテープのプリテンショニングと、その後にポリマーテープを張設下に一方向で平行に位置決めすることにより、ポリマーテープの第一の単層を形成する工程と、
第一の単層を形成した方法と同じ方法で第一の単層の上に少なくとも1の第二の単層を形成する工程と、これらの工程により
それぞれの層のポリマーテープは、平行に配置されており、単層は、互いに一定の角度で交差しておらず、かつそれぞれの単層のポリマーテープが、該単層の上または下で隣接している単層のテープとは、ずれて配置されるように、ポリマーテープの少なくとも2の単層を積み重ねる工程と、
こうして積み重ねられたポリマーテープの単層を硬化させて積層体を得る工程

ポリマーテープのプリテンショニングと、その後にポリマーテープを張設下に一方向で平行に位置決めすることにより、ポリマーテープの第一の単層を形成する工程と、
第一の単層を形成した方法と同じ方法で第一の単層の上に少なくとも1の第二の単層を形成する工程と、これらの工程により

- シース材料が、エチレンアルキルアクリレートコポリマー(EAA)、エチレンビニルアセテートコポリマー(EVA)、エチレン−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー(EBA)、エチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマー(EMA)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LPDE)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、ポリウレタン(PU)およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。

- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された積層体を有するパネルにおいて、該パネルは、上下に重ねて配置され、溶融結合された少なくとも2の積層体を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された積層体を有するパネル。
- パネルが、耐衝撃性材料の1もしくは複数の層を備えており、該耐衝撃性材料は、金属、合金、ガラス、玄武岩ファイバー、ガラスファイバー、セラミックス、アラミドおよび超高分子ポリエチレンファイバーからなる群の1もしくは複数の材料から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載のパネル。
- 硬質バリスティック適用のための、請求項11に記載の方法を使用することにより得られるパネル、または請求項12もしくは13に記載のパネルの使用。
