Claims (1)
- オージェ分析法による鉄鋼材料の粒界偏析、及び、粒界析出物を分析する際の粒界破断試料の作製方法であって、
鉄鋼材料を真空中で500〜1000℃に加熱して引張破断し、次いで、
破断後の試料を冷却速度100〜500℃/sで冷却する
ことを特徴とする鉄鋼材料粒界破断試料の作製方法。
