Claims (1)
- 板厚が厚い厚肉部と板厚が薄い薄肉部と両者の間で徐々に板厚が変化する板厚変化部とを備えた圧延金属板(TRB材)を自動車用外板パネルにプレス成形するに際して、前記圧延金属板(TRB材)は外表面が平滑で内表面に段差がある片面差厚金属板であり、厚肉部の板厚t1と薄肉部の板厚t2との板厚差Δt(=t1−t2)と、板厚変化部の長さLcとの比Δt/Lcを1/20以下にして、板厚変化部近傍の面が急激に落ち込む現象を防止して自動車用外板パネルとして良好な面精度を得ることを特徴とするTRB材のプレス成形方法。
