Abstract
【解決手段】TRB材10の厚肉部11の板厚t1と薄肉部12の板厚t2との板厚差Δt(=t1−t2)と、板厚変化部13の長さLcとの比Δt/Lcで表される板厚変化率が1/20以下(5%以下)、好ましくは、1/30以下(3.3%以下)になるようにする。

Claims (1)
- 板厚が厚い厚肉部と板厚が薄い薄肉部と両者の間で徐々に板厚が変化する板厚変化部とを備えた圧延金属板(TRB材)をプレス成形するに際して、厚肉部の板厚t1と薄肉部の板厚t2との板厚差Δt(=t1−t2)と、板厚変化部の長さLcとの比Δt/Lcを1/20以下にすることを特徴とするTRB材のプレス成形方法。
