Description
The present invention relates to a vibration generator that obtains electric power from a current generated by a permanent magnet reciprocating in one direction in a coil, and a method for manufacturing the vibration generator.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an electromagnetic induction type vibration generator that obtains electric power from a current generated by a permanent magnet reciprocatingly moving in one direction in a coil is known. Such an electromagnetic induction type vibration generator is known from
When the permanent magnet is arranged inside the casing, a phenomenon that the magnet is pulled toward the side wall of the shield case made of a magnetic material by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet, that is, magnetic adhesion occurs. Thereby, the movement of the permanent magnet is hindered and the power generation amount is reduced. More specifically, the influence of this magnetic adhesion depends on the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield case. If the center of the ring-shaped permanent magnet coincides with the center of the cylindrical shield case in the longitudinal section of the shield case, the attractive force acting on the permanent magnet is the same in the radial direction. As a result, the attractive forces acting on the permanent magnets cancel each other, and the resultant attractive force becomes zero. However, the ring-shaped permanent magnet is inserted into the guide core and reciprocates along the guide core. For this reason, the inner diameter of the permanent magnet is designed to be larger than the outer diameter of the guide core. Accordingly, a gap is generated between the permanent magnet and the guide core. When the permanent magnet is displaced from the center of the shield case by this gap, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield case is shortened by the gap. As a result, the attractive force increases in the direction in which the permanent magnet deviates from the center of the shield case. That is, the resultant force of the attractive force acting on the permanent magnet does not become zero. As a result, the permanent magnet is magnetically attached to the shield case.
The decrease in the amount of power generation due to the influence of magnetic adhesion does not occur only in the vibration generator provided with the guide core, but occurs in the vibration generator provided with a permanent magnet and a shield case. In other words, the vibration generator also includes a permanent magnet, a coil, a shield case, and a guide member such as the above-described housing that guides the permanent magnet to move in one direction without the guide core. Specifically, since the permanent magnet reciprocates inside the casing, the inner diameter of the casing is designed to be larger than the outer diameter of the permanent magnet. Accordingly, a gap is generated between the permanent magnet and the housing. If the permanent magnet is displaced from the center of the casing by the gap, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield case is shortened by the gap. As a result, the attractive force increases in the direction in which the permanent magnet deviates from the center of the shield case. That is, the resultant force of the attractive force acting on the permanent magnet does not become zero. As a result, the permanent magnet is magnetically attached to the shield case.

It is characterized by.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the vibration power generator according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, the guide member is a cylindrical member that accommodates the mover therein. And the mover includes a plurality of the permanent magnets and fastening members that fasten the plurality of permanent magnets, and the mover includes a second viscous body reservoir formed between the adjacent permanent magnets. It is characterized by this.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the vibration power generator according to any one of the fourth to sixth aspects, the guide member is a cylindrical member that accommodates the mover therein. And the mover includes a plurality of permanent magnets and fastening members that fasten the plurality of permanent magnets, and the mover includes a second viscous body reservoir formed between the adjacent permanent magnets. The first viscous body reservoir is disposed at at least one end of the cylindrical member, and a cross-sectional area of the first viscous body reservoir in the vertical direction is larger than a cross-sectional area of the cylindrical member in the vertical direction. When the mover is positioned at the end of the cylindrical member on which the first viscous body reservoir is disposed, the first permanent magnet disposed closest to the first viscous body reservoir, and the first Before being formed between the second permanent magnet adjacent to the permanent magnet Accumulates second viscous body, it is characterized in that opposite to the reservoir the first viscous body.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the vibration power generator according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, the tubular member includes a rib having elasticity on a side surface, and the shield. It is provided in pressure contact with the member.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a coil member made of a conductive material is provided on an outer peripheral surface, and a cylindrical member made of a nonmagnetic material is arranged inside a shield member made of a magnetic material. A cylindrical member disposing step, a viscous member disposing step of providing a viscous body on at least one of a side surface of the mover including a permanent magnet and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member, and the movable member of the cylindrical member And a mover arranging step arranged inside.
According to the vibration generator of the first aspect, the mover reciprocates while maintaining an interval corresponding to the thickness of the viscous body with the guide member in a direction orthogonal to the reciprocation direction. Access to the shield member during movement is suppressed. As a result, the resultant force of the attractive force acting on the permanent magnet is reduced inside the shield member. Therefore, the influence of magnetic adhesion can be suppressed more than the vibration generator in which the viscous body is not provided between the mover and the guide member. Thereby, the fall of the electric power generation amount by the influence of magnetic attachment can be suppressed.
According to the vibration generator of the second aspect, when the mover moves inside the cylindrical member, the air moves through the through hole. As a result, air resistance acting on the mover is reduced. As a result, it is possible to suppress the movement of the mover from being hindered. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation. Moreover, a sealing part seals the both ends of a cylindrical member. Thereby, when a viscous body moves from between a needle | mover and a guide member, it can prevent that a viscous body leaks outside the cylindrical member.
According to the vibration generator of claim 3, even when the viscous body moves from between the movable element and the guide member, when the movable element faces the first viscous body reservoir, the viscous body is again formed. Is supplied to the mover. As a result, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is suppressed as the mover moves in one direction. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation. In particular, in a vibration power generator, since the mover moves in one direction and power is generated, power generation and supplying a viscous body to the mover are performed simultaneously. That is, it is not necessary to provide a configuration for performing an operation only for supplying the viscous body to the mover independently of the power generation operation, and the configuration can be simplified.
According to the vibration generator of the fourth aspect, since the stay time of the mover is increased near the sealing portion as compared with the central region of the cylindrical member, the viscous body is between the mover and the guide member. There is a time that is supplied to the gap and spreads sufficiently. Thereby, a viscous body becomes easy to be supplied to a needle | mover. As a result, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is further suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.
According to the vibration generator of the fifth aspect, the viscous body is supplied to the movable element when the movable element moves to the vicinity of both ends of the cylindrical member. Since the location of the movable element to which the viscous material is supplied becomes an area corresponding to the sum of the lengths of the first viscous material reservoirs disposed at both ends, the location to which the viscous material is supplied becomes wider. As a result, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is further suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation. Further, when the mover is positioned to face the first viscous material reservoir, the central position of the movable member in the longitudinal direction of the guide member is the end of the first viscous material reservoir on the central region side, or It arrange | positions in the position which does not oppose the 1st viscous body reservoir. Accordingly, when the mover is positioned to face the first viscous material reservoir, the first viscous material reservoir having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical member makes it difficult for the mover to deviate from one direction. . As a result, it is possible to suppress the movement of the mover from being hindered by the movement of the mover from one direction. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.
According to the vibration power generator of the sixth aspect, the end portion of the first viscous material reservoir is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction. When the mover moves inside the cylindrical member sealed at both ends by the sealing portion, the viscous body may move from between the mover and the cylindrical member and accumulate at both ends of the cylindrical member. . When the viscous material accumulated at both ends of the cylindrical member contacts the mover, the viscous member receives a force including a component in the same direction as the moving direction of the mover from the mover. When the viscous body receiving this force comes into contact with the sealing portion, a reaction force in the direction opposite to the direction of the force received from the mover is received from the sealing portion. This reaction force causes the viscous body to move in the direction of the reaction force. Next, when the viscous body moves in the direction of the reaction force and comes into contact with the end portion closer to the coil, it receives a reaction force including a component in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member from the end portion. Due to the reaction force from this end, the viscous body is likely to move toward the side surface of the mover. As a result, the viscous body is easily supplied to the mover. Therefore, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is further suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.
According to the vibration generator of the seventh aspect, the viscous material is supplied from the second viscous material reservoir to the movable element. Therefore, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is further suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.
According to the vibration generator of the eighth aspect, when the mover moves to the end portion of the cylindrical member where the first viscous body reservoir is disposed, the viscous body moves from the first viscous body reservoir to the mover and the second. It is supplied to the viscous material reservoir. The viscous body supplied to the second viscous body reservoir is also supplied to the movable body even when the movable element is not positioned facing the first viscous body reservoir. As a result, the distance between the permanent magnet and the shield member is further suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.
According to the vibration generator of the ninth aspect, the distance between the center of the shield member and the center of the cylindrical member is shorter than that of the vibration generator including the cylindrical member not including the rib. Thereby, the permanent magnet arrange | positioned inside a cylindrical member is suppressed more that the distance with a shield member becomes near. Accordingly, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the amount of power generation.

The

The structure of the needle |
As shown in FIG. 2, the

As shown in FIG. 1, the
The magnetic flux of the
A problem when the

As shown in FIG. 5, when the
FIG. 7 shows a vibration generator in which the

FIG. 9 includes a

A second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. About the structure equivalent to the

[Effect of the embodiment]
According to the
According to the
According to the
According to the

According to the
According to the
According to the
According to the
According to the
