Description
Claims (10)
- センサ読取値を正規化する方法であって、
(i)基材から反射した光線を検出するように構成されたセンサから読取値を受信するステップと、
(ii)検出された前記基材上の質量の関数に基づいてプロセッサにより前記センサ読取値を正規化するステップと、
を含み、
前記正規化する関数は、
xはプロセス方向における前記基材の位置であり、
Vspec_read(x)は前記センサの読取値であり、
DarkOffsetは前記センサのバイアスであり、
Vspec_Clean_read(x)は、前記基材に質量が載っていない状態で前記基材から取得されたセンサ読取値であり、
βは0より大きい指数であり、及び
δ(x)は前記基材における質量偏差の関数である、
方法。 - βは、実験にもとづき最適化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- βは、0.7である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、
前記基材上の点に光線のビームを放射することにより、鏡面角の略鏡面反射と拡散角の略拡散反射とを発生させるように構成された照射器と、
前記鏡面角の前記略鏡面反射を検出するように構成された鏡面検出器と、
前記拡散角の前記略拡散反射を検出するように構成された拡散検出器と、
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - センサの読取値を正規化するためのプロセッサであって、
前記センサは、
前記基材上の点に光線のビームを放射することにより、鏡面角の略鏡面反射と拡散角の略拡散反射とを発生させるように構成された照射器と、
前記鏡面角の前記略鏡面反射を検出するように構成された鏡面検出器と、
前記拡散角の前記略拡散反射を検出するように構成された拡散検出器と、
を含み、
前記プロセッサは、
(i)前記鏡面検出器から読取値を受信し、
(ii)検出された前記基材上の質量の関数に基づいて前記鏡面検出器の読取値を正規化する、
ように構成され、
前記正規化する関数は、
xはプロセス方向における前記基材の位置であり、
Vspec_read(x)は前記鏡面検出器の読取値であり、
DarkOffsetは前記センサのバイアスであり、
Vspec_Clean_read(x)は、前記基材に質量が載っていない状態で前記基材から取得された前記鏡面検出器の読取値であり、
βは0より大きい指数であり、
δ(x)は前記基材における質量偏差の関数である、
プロセッサ。 - βは、実験にもとづき最適化される、請求項6に記載のプロセッサ。
- βは、0.7である、請求項6に記載のプロセッサ。
- プロセッサによりセンサ読取値を正規化するための方法が実行されるように構成された、記憶されたコンピュータ読取可能な命令を含む、コンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体であって、
前記方法は、
(i)基材から反射した光線を検出するように構成されたセンサからの読取値を受信するステップと、
(ii)検出された前記基材上の質量の関数に基づいて前記鏡面検出器の読取値を正規化するステップと、
を含み、
前記正規化する関数は、
xはプロセス方向における前記基材の位置であり、
Vspec_read(x)は前記鏡面検出器の読取値であり、
DarkOffsetは前記センサのバイアスであり、
Vspec_Clean_read(x)は、前記基材に質量が載っていない状態で前記基材から取得された前記鏡面検出器の読取値であり、
βは0より大きい指数であり、
δ(x)は前記基材における質量偏差の関数である、
