Claims (14)
- 屋内環境に設置された1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素から無線で送信された1つまたは複数の信号を受信するステップと、
移動デバイスによる、受信された1つまたは複数の前記信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、関連するローカル地図を識別するステップと、
前記関連するローカル地図、および前記関連するローカル地図に関連する注釈を獲得するステップであって、
前記注釈は1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つの推定された処理遅延を少なくとも示すステップと、
移動デバイスによる、前記1つまたは複数の受信信号のうち少なくとも一部および少なくとも前記推定された処理遅延に基づいて、前記移動デバイスと1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つとの距離を推定するステップとを備え、
前記関連するローカル地図は少なくともローカル座標系に関する屋内環境の位置を示し、
前記注釈は、前記1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つに関連する信号強度測定と距離の間の関係を示す1つまたは複数のパラメータを備え、
前記パラメータは前記無線ネットワーク要素に関する前記信号強度の距離に対するマッピングを示すことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記移動デバイスによる、前記関連するローカル地図を前記識別するステップは、受信された1つまたは複数の前記信号のMAC ID(媒体アクセス制御識別子)に少なくとも部分的に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の前記信号を介して、前記関連するローカル地図がアクセス可能であるロケーションを示すURI(Uniform Reference Identifier)を受信するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の前記無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つに、IP(インターネットプロトコル)アドレスを求めるDHCP(動的ホスト構成プロトコル)要求を送信するステップと、
1つまたは複数の前記無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つからDHCP Offer応答の中で前記URIを受信するステップとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記URIを、ネットワーク層のブロードキャストパケットを介して、またはリンク層のブロードキャストフレームから、受信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 802.11プローブ要求に対する信号応答の中で前記URIを受信するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記URIを、無線ネットワーク要素の1つまたは複数のSSID(サービスセット識別子)の中に符号化、および/または前記関連するローカル地図が格納されたネットワークアドレスを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至7に記載のいずれかのステップを実行するように処理装置によって実行可能な命令を格納している記憶媒体を備えるコンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 屋内環境に設置された1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素から無線で送信された1つまたは複数の信号を受信する受信機と、
実行された場合、受信された1つまたは複数の前記信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、関連するローカル地図を識別するとともに、前記関連するローカル地図、および前記関連するローカル地図に関連する注釈を獲得し、前記注釈は1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つの推定された処理遅延を少なくとも示しており、
前記1つまたは複数の受信信号のうち少なくとも一部および少なくとも前記推定された処理遅延に基づいて、前記装置と1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つとの距離を推定するように1つまたは複数の処理装置を導く命令がプログラミングされた前記1つまたは複数の処理装置を備え、
前記関連するローカル地図は少なくともローカル座標系に関する屋内環境の位置を示し、
前記注釈は、前記1つまたは複数の無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つに関連する信号強度測定と距離の間の関係を示す1つまたは複数のパラメータを備え、
前記パラメータは前記無線ネットワーク要素に関する前記信号強度の距離に対するマッピングを示すことを特徴とする装置。 - 1つまたは複数の前記処理装置は、受信された1つまたは複数の前記信号のMAC ID(媒体アクセス制御識別子)に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記関連するローカル地図を識別することができることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記受信機は、1つまたは複数の前記信号を介して、好ましくは1つまたは複数の前記無線ネットワーク要素のうち少なくとも1つからDHCP(動的ホスト構成プロトコル) Offer応答の中で、前記関連するローカル地図がアクセス可能であるロケーションを示すURI(Uniform Reference Identifier)を受信することができることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記受信機は、ネットワーク層のブロードキャストパケットを介して、またはリンク層のブロードキャストフレームから、前記URIを受信することができることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記受信機は、802.11プローブ要求に対する信号応答の中で前記URIを受信することができることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の前記無線ネットワーク要素は、少なくとも1つのフェムトセルを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
