The container of one embodiment according to the present invention is a molded product mainly made of polypropylene, and a disk-shaped lid member and a cylindrical film of nylon and polypropylene are thermally welded to the periphery of the lid member and the inside of the cylindrical film. ing.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, a container in which the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member 2 is thermally welded to the inside of the tubular film 1. As the tubular film 1 used in the present invention, a nylon-polypropylene co-extruded blown film can be used, but the resin composition of the film is not particularly limited, and a conventionally used resin such as polyethylene or polyester should be selected. Can do. In addition, the tubular film 1 is a film obtained by cutting an inflation film into a desired length as it is, but it is convenient to use, but a film formed into a flat shape by an inflation molding method or a T-die extrusion molding method having different sizes. The ends may be molded into a cylindrical shape by heat sealing or the like. The lid member 2 includes a peripheral edge 3 that is continuous with a flat lid portion 15. In addition, it is preferable that the internal diameter of the cylindrical film 1 and the external shape of the peripheral edge 3 of the cover member 2 are substantially the same distance.
As the material, polypropylene can be mainly selected because the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member 2 and the inner surface of the tubular film 1 are thermally welded.

Next, the lid member welding method and apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, in a state where the roll-shaped tubular film 1 is folded, a fixed dimension is fed while the both ends thereof are held by the U-shaped film guides 9 by the constant pitch feed roller 7. A pair of opposing suction pads 11 are arranged in the vicinity of the lower end of the cylindrical film 1, and the cylindrical film 1, which has been fed out a certain dimension, is cut into a certain dimension by the cutter 8 while being held by the suction pad 11. Is done. The cylindrical film 1 cut to a certain size is opened at the lower end by the suction pad 11, and the suction pad 11 is lowered so that the opening 5 of the cylindrical film 1 is placed on the inclined lid member receiver 10. The lid member 2 can be covered. Moreover, when the suction pad 11 is plural, the cylindrical film 1 can be reliably held.
The lid member 2 is supplied to and placed on the lid member receiver 10 in the previous step of the covering step.

The tilted lid member 2 changes the angle of the lid member receiver 10 at a right angle to the cylindrical film 1 when the lid member 2 can be completely inserted into the cylindrical film 1 during the covering process. And the welding position of the lid member 2 can be matched. Next, the tubular film 1 is further lowered so that the planned welding position at the upper end of the tubular film 1 is aligned with the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member 2. In this state, a first heat welding is performed in which the planned welding position at the upper end of the tubular film 1 and the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member 2 are sandwiched by a pair of heater blocks 14 from the outside of the tubular film 1 and heat-welded. Next, a second heat welding is performed in which the first heat welding and the heat welding position are sandwiched by a pair of heater blocks 14 from the outside of the tubular film 1 at a position rotated approximately 90 degrees. In the second heat welding, the position where the welding cannot be performed on the mating surface of the heater block 14 in the first heat welding is changed, and the heat welding is performed. The lid member 2 and the entire circumference of the tubular film 1 can be reliably heat-welded. The means for changing the heat welding position can change the arrangement direction of the heater block 14 by approximately 90 degrees. Alternatively, a means for rotating the lid member receiver 10 by approximately 90 degrees can be selected. Next, after cooling a heat welding part, a container is completed by taking out the container with which the tubular film 1 and the cover member 2 were heat-welded from an apparatus.

The lid member 2 is a polypropylene molded product having a diameter of 78 mm and a peripheral edge 3 having a width of 15 mm. The lid portion 15 is provided with an opening valve, and has a structure in which the opening portion is covered with a cover so as to be removable.

Next, the cylindrical film 1 was a nylon / polypropylene co-extruded blown film having a thickness of 70 microns, a folding diameter of 122 mm, and a length of 200 mm.
Next, a sealing method will be described using the lid member 2 and the lid member welding device 4 for the tubular film 1.
The lid member welding device 4 incorporates the operations of the 10 steps using the cylindrical film 1 supply device and the index. That is, the first step is to supply the lid member 2 and place it on the lid member receiver 10, and the third step is to use the suction pad 11 to remove the cylindrical film 1 sent from the cylindrical film 1 supply device. 1 is opened and the lid member 2 is placed on the lid member receiver 10 on which the tilted lid member 2 is placed. In the fourth step, the lid member 2 that is tilted with the tubular film 1 placed thereon is placed. The step of inserting the tubular film 1 with the lid member receiver 10 at a right angle to the tubular film 1, the fifth step is the insertion of the tubular film 1 for positioning the welded portion 16 of the tubular film 1 on the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member 2. The height adjusting step and the sixth step are a first heat welding step in which the welding portion 16 of the lid member 2 placed on the lid member receiver 10 is sandwiched between the pair of heater blocks 14 from the outside of the tubular film 1 and thermally welded. In the seventh step, the angle of the place where heat welding is performed is approximately 90 degrees different. The second thermal welding process, the eighth process is a process for cooling the thermal welding part 16, and the ninth process is a process for taking out the container in which the lid member 2 is thermally welded to the inside of the tubular film 1, and the container taken out is a conveyor. At the outside of the machine.

The second step and the tenth step are empty steps, and the lid member receiver 10 has a structure in which the lid member 2 is fixed by vacuum, and the apparatus in each process does not interfere with the lid member receiver 10 when the index rotates. In this way, the structure is retracted to the top or side, but details are omitted.
The lid member welding apparatus 4 is the above process, but the process of covering the lid member in the third process, the process of inserting the film in the fourth process, and the step of adjusting the height of the thermal welding in the fifth process are continuously performed. It is possible to design in one process.

In the lid member welding device 4, the lid member 2 is placed on the inclined lid member receiver 10, covered with the tubular film 1, and the lid member receiver 10 is changed to a right angle with the tubular film 1 by changing the angle to the lid member 2. The tubular film 1 can be adhered. Further, in the first heat welding process in which the welding portion 16 of the lid member 2 placed on the lid member receiver 10 is sandwiched between the pair of heater blocks 14 from the outside of the tubular film 1 and heat-sealed, the shape is adjusted to the lid member. The temperature-controlled heater block 14 </ b> A can be sandwiched from the outside of the tubular film 1 to heat-seal the peripheral edge 3 of the lid member and the inner surface of the tubular film 1. After releasing the heater block 14A, the process is moved, and the heater block 14B rotated by 90 degrees is again sandwiched and sealed from the outside of the tubular film 1, and after the heater block 14B is opened, the process is moved and the heat welded portion 16 is moved. After cooling, the process can be moved again to obtain a finished container.

Next, 540 g of mayonnaise was filled from the opening 5 of the food container in which the lid member 2 was welded to the tubular film 1 so that bubbles would not be mixed as much as possible.
The opening 5 was folded flat to eliminate bubbles as much as possible and heat sealed to produce a paste-like food container. When used in a gun dispenser, these paste-like food containers can be smoothly dispensed from the opening valve by simply removing the cover that can be removed outside the opening valve. Could be used.
