Description

The present invention relates to a method for laying an edgeless tatami mat.

A technique described in Patent Document 1 is known as an example of a method for laying a tatami mat in a laying area such as a Japanese-style room. This technology includes a step of preparing a standardized tatami mat that is slightly larger than the size of the tatami determined from the size of the room, a step of bringing the standardized tatami mat into the field, and a step of sequentially laying the tatami mat brought in , When laying a tatami, cutting a tatami that does not fit in the area where the tatami is to be laid and adjusting the size to fit the area; and laying the tatami mat whose size is adjusted It is characterized by having.
In the step of laying and adjusting the tatami, first, laying four tatami mats from the corner of the room, and then adjusting the length and width of the tatami as appropriate for the remaining four areas. Lay these out.
Moreover, after laying the tatami mat whose size has been adjusted, an edge band material is disposed on the L-shaped edge of the room along the tatami so that the gap between the edges can be hidden.

By the way, in the above conventional tatami laying method, after laying a tatami mat whose size is adjusted, an edge band material is placed on the L-shaped edge of the room along the tatami to hide the gap between the edges. ing.
On the other hand, on the outside of the outer peripheral portion of the tatami mat group formed by laying a plurality of tatami mats, a gap is likely to be generated between the wall and the wall. In other words, at the edge of the laying area where tatami mats such as Japanese-style rooms are laid, a wall and a gutter member that constitutes a floor gutter between the sill and the floor are appropriately arranged. Therefore, a gap is likely to be generated between the outer periphery of the tatami group and the wall.
Therefore, in the conventional tatami laying method, even when a standardized tatami mat is laid, a gap may be formed between the tatami mat and the wall, which may deteriorate the appearance.
In the conventional tatami laying method, four tatami mats are first laid from one corner of the room, but there is no description as to which of the four corners of the room should be laid. Therefore, the position at which the gap is generated varies depending on the method of taking the reference, and there is a problem that it is difficult to efficiently lay the tatami mat.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an edgeless thin tatami mat can be efficiently laid in a square or rectangular laying area in plan view, and a gap between the wall and the wall is not visible. It is an issue to provide a method of laying.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, an edge-less tatami mat that lays an edgeless tatami mat 1 in a laying region S having a square or rectangular shape in plan view. Laying method,
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying area S constitute walls sills between the walls b2, b3, c2, c3, d1 and the floor in a plan view. It is configured by appropriately arranging the flange members a1, a2, b1, and c1,
Of the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying region S, the surface facing the laying region side S of the one side SA having the longest total length of the eaves member is defined as a reference plane A, and orthogonal to the one side SA. Among the two other side portions SB and SD, the surface that faces the laying region side of the other side portion SB having a long total length of the flange member and is orthogonal to the reference plane A is the adjacent plane B, and the reference A surface facing the surface A is a first facing surface C, a surface facing the adjacent surface B is a second facing surface D,
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10 to 13, the lower end of the wall surface of the walls b2, b3, c2, c3, d1 facing the laying region side of the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying region S. A parting material attaching step for attaching a parting material 5 having a cover part 5c formed on the upper end to the part,
After this parting material attaching step, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), standardized edgeless thin tatami 2, which is a standardized edgeless thin tatami mat, is sequentially placed on the laying region S from the reference plane A and the adjacent plane B. Laying the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mats 2 and 2 so that the fixed-rim non-thin tatami mats 2 and 2 are in contact with each other;
After this regular edge thin tatami laying step, as shown in FIGS. 1 (e) to 1 (g), the outer peripheral surface 15a of the regular edge thin tatami mat group 15 in which a plurality of regular edge thin tatami 2 are laid. , 15b and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 formed by cutting the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 so as to fit between the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D in the laying region S. An adjustment edge non-thin tatami laying step of laying the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 at a corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect with each other;
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, when the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 are brought into contact with the lower end portion of the wall surface via the parting material 5, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 And a parting material covering step in which the cover part 5c of the parting material 5 is covered on the upper surface of the edge part of the adjustment edge thin tatami 3.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 is placed in the laying area S sequentially from the reference plane A and the adjacent plane B in the regular edge thin tatami laying step. After the laying so that the two come into contact with each other, in the adjusting edge non-thin tatami laying step, the outer peripheral surfaces 15a and 15b of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mat group 15, the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D Since the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid in the laying region S, and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect, The edgeless thin tatami mats (2, 3) can be efficiently laid in the laying region S having a square shape or a rectangular shape in plan view.
Further, in the parting material attaching step, the parting material 5 is attached to the lower end part of the wall b2, b3, c2, c3, d1 of the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying region S facing the laying region side, In the parting material covering step, when the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 are brought into contact with the lower end of the wall surface via the parting material 5, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 Since the cover portion 5c of the parting material 5 is placed on the upper surface of the edge portion, the gap between the fixed edge non-thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 and the walls b2, b3, c2, c3, d1 is the cover portion 5c. Since it does not appear to be covered, and the cut surface does not appear to be covered, the appearance is improved.
Further, in the adjustment edge thin tatami mating step, the fixed edge rimless so as to fit between the outer peripheral surfaces 15a and 15b of the regular edge thin tatami mat group 15 and the first opposed surface C and the second opposed surface D is interposed therebetween. The adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 formed by cutting the thin tatami 2 is laid in the laying region S, and the adjustment edge non-thin is formed at a corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect. Since the tatami 3 is laid, it is possible to eliminate almost no gap between the adjustment edgeless thin tatami 3 and the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D. Therefore, the length of the cover portion 5c of the parting material 5 to be placed on the upper surface of the edge portion of the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 can be reduced, and the appearance is improved in this respect as well.

The invention according to claim 2 is a method of laying an edgeless thin tatami according to claim 1,
In the adjustment edge non-thin tatami laying step, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), the adjustment edge non-thinness is provided between the second facing surface D and the outer peripheral surface 15 a of the regular edge thin tatami mat group 15. After the tatami 3 is laid, as shown in FIGS. 1 (f) to 1 (h), the adjustment edge is formed between the first facing surface C and the outer peripheral surface 15 b of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mat group 15. When laying the thin tatami mat 3, the adjustment edge thin tatami is laid at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect, and then laid at the corner. The last adjustment edge thin tatami 3 adjacent to the tatami is laid.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the adjustment-edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid between the second facing surface D and the outer peripheral surface 15a of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mat group 15, so The edgeless thin tatami mat (2, 3) can be spread between the two facing surfaces D, and then the adjustment edge between the first facing surface C and the outer peripheral surface 15b of the fixed edge thin tatami mat group 15 When laying the non-thin tatami 3, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect, and then the adjustment rim is thin. By laying the last adjustment edge thin tatami 3 adjacent to the tatami 3, the edge thin tatami 3 can be spread between the reference surface A and the first facing surface C and at the corners. Thereby, edgeless thin tatami mats (standard edgeless thin tatami mat 2 and adjustment edgeless thin tatami mat 3) can be spread in the laying region. In addition, after laying the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 at the corner, the last adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 adjacent to the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 laid at this corner is laid. Compared with the case where the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is laid, the last adjustment edge thin tatami 3 can be laid easily.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), the invention according to claim 3 is a method for laying an edgeless thin tatami according to claim 1 or 2,
Between the parting material attaching step and the edgeless thin tatami laying step,
On the floor surface of the laying area S, inking is performed in parallel with the reference surface A at a pitch equal to the length of one side of the fixed edge thin tatami 2 from the reference surface A, and from the adjacent surface B to the fixed edge. Inking process of drawing inking line 10 on the floor surface by performing inking in parallel with the adjacent surface B at a pitch equal to the length of one side of the thin tatami mat 2;
After this inking process, a double-sided adhesive tape affixing process for adhering the double-sided adhesive tape 11 to the floor surface in parallel with the reference surface A,
In this double-sided adhesive tape affixing step, the position of the reference surface A, the position of the first facing surface C, the positions of both sides of the inking line 10 parallel to the reference surface A, and the inking line 10 And a double-sided adhesive tape 11 attached to the floor surface at an intermediate position separated by a half pitch that is half the pitch from
In laying the regular edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustable edge thin tatami 3 on the floor surface in the regular edge thin tatami laying step and the adjusting edge thin tatami laying step, respectively, the double-sided adhesive tape 11 The release paper is peeled off, and the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami mat 3 are pasted.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, after drawing the inked line 10 on the floor surface by the inking process, the adjoining position of the reference surface A and the adjoining position of the first facing surface C are applied in the double-sided adhesive tape applying step. Since the double-sided adhesive tape 11 is applied to the floor surface at both side positions of the black line 10 parallel to the reference plane A and at an intermediate position spaced from the black line 10 by a half pitch that is half the pitch, The double-sided adhesive tape 11 for fixing the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 to be laid on the S can be arranged at an optimum position.
Then, in laying the fixed edge non-thin tatami 2 and adjusting edge non-thin tatami 3 on the floor surface in the fixed edge non-thin tatami laying step and adjusting edge non-thin tatami laying step, respectively, the release paper is applied to the double-sided adhesive tape 11. Is peeled off and the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment-rim thin tatami 3 are attached, so that the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment-rim thin tatami 3 can be securely and securely fixed to the floor surface in order.

The invention according to claim 4 is a method of laying an edgeless thin tatami according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, in the parting material attaching step, the lower surface of the parting material 5 is brought into contact with the floor surface, and the back surface of the parting material 5 is bonded and fixed to the lower end portion of the wall surface with the double-sided adhesive tape 6. The fastening material 8 is driven into the lower end portion of the wall surface through the parting material 5.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the parting material 5 can be firmly adhered and fixed to the lower end of the wall surface in a state where the parting material 5 is in contact with the floor surface.

The invention according to claim 5 is the laying method of the edgeless thin tatami according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
For example, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), a plurality of regular edgeless thin tatami mats 2 are separated from the reference surface A and the adjacent surface B between the parting material attaching step and the regular edgeless thin tatami laying step. After the temporary laying so that the fixed edge thin tatami mats 2 and 2 are in contact with the laying area S sequentially, the gap between the lower end of the wall b2 and the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 and the adjacent rim thin tatami mat 2 are adjacent to each other. After confirming the misalignment between the fixed-edge thin tatami mats 2 and 2, the temporary fixed lay-free thin tatami mat 2 is then removed from the laying region S.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, after temporarily laying the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2, the gap between the lower end of the wall b <b> 2 and the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 and the adjacent regular edge thin tatami mat 2. By confirming the misalignment between the two, it is possible to reliably lay the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 in the subsequent fixed-rim non-thin tatami laying step.

According to the present invention, the regular edgeless thin tatami mats are laid in order from the reference plane and the adjacent plane so that the regular edgeless thin tatami mats come into contact with each other. Between the outer peripheral surface and the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami mat is laid in the laying region and adjusted to the corner where the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface intersect. Since the edgeless thin tatami is laid, the edgeless thin tatami (the regular edgeless thin tatami and the adjustment edgeless thin tatami) can be efficiently laid in the laying area having a square shape or a rectangular shape in plan view.
In addition, a parting material is attached to the lower end of the wall surface of the four sides of the laying area facing the laying area, and the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami are brought into contact with the lower end part of the wall surface via the parting material. In this case, since the cover part of the parting material is covered on the upper surface of the edge of the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami mat, the gap between the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat and the adjustable edge thin tatami and the wall is covered. Since it does not appear to be covered by the part, and the cut surface does not appear to be covered, the appearance is improved.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 2, a plurality of edgeless thin tatami mats 1 are laid in a laying region S having a substantially square shape in plan view. The laying area S is, for example, a Japanese-style room provided in a house, and the four sides SA, SB, SC, and SD of the laying area S appropriately include a wall and a gutter member that forms a floor gutter between the sill and the floor in plan view. It is configured by arranging.
The side part SA is configured by arranging the eaves member a1 constituting the sill and the eaves member a2 constituting the floor eaves between the floors T on a straight line in plan view. The side portion SB is configured by arranging the eaves member b1 constituting the sill and the walls b2 and b3 arranged on both sides of the eaves member b1 on a straight line in plan view. The side portion SC is configured by arranging the eaves member c1 constituting the sill and the walls c2 and c3 arranged on both sides of the eaves member c1 on a straight line in plan view. The wall c3 and the wall b3 are arranged at a right angle in plan view. The side portion SD is configured in a straight line shape in plan view by the wall d1. It is assumed that the wall d1 does not include a wall that forms the space T between the floors and is disposed between the end of the flange member a2 and the end of the wall c2. The wall d1 is arranged at right angles to the flange member a2 and the wall c2 in a plan view.

The edgeless thin tatami mat 1 used in the present embodiment is roughly divided into a standardized edgeless thin tatami mat 2 and an adjustment edge thin tatami mat 3 formed by cutting the fixed edgeless thin tatami mat 2. There are types.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixed-edge thin tatami mat 2 is formed into a square shape in plan view, and a board 2a in which fibers are entangled to form a multi-porous square plate, and an upper surface of the board 2a and It is comprised from the nonwoven fabric 2b affixed on the 4 side surfaces, and the surface material (tatami mat) 2c affixed on the surface of this nonwoven fabric 2b.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 8, 9, etc., the adjustable edge thin tatami 3 is obtained by cutting the fixed edge thin tatami 2 in parallel with one side thereof, or the fixed edge thin tatami 2 by a right angle. The cut surface is not covered with the nonwoven fabric 2b and the surface material 2c, and the cut surface of the board 2a is exposed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the parting material 5 used in the present embodiment is a long one formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section (long in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 4) 5a, a side plate portion 5b that rises at a right angle from the end portion of the substrate 5a, and a cover portion 5c that is bent at a right angle from the upper end of the side plate portion 5b. A double-sided adhesive tape 6 is attached to the back surface of the side plate portion 5 b of the parting material 5.

Next, a method for laying an edgeless thin tatami according to the present invention will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1A, a reference surface A1, an adjacent surface B, a first opposing surface C, and a second opposing surface D are determined.
The reference surface A1 is a surface facing the laying region S side of the one side SA having the longest total length of the eaves members among the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying region S. That is, since the total length of the flange members a1 and a2 is the longest, the surface facing the laying region S side of the one side SA is defined as the reference surface A.
The adjacent surface B is a surface that faces the laying region S side of the other side portion SB having a long total length of the flange member and is orthogonal to the reference surface A among the two other side portions SB and SD that are orthogonal to the one side portion SA. .
The first facing surface C is a surface facing the reference surface A and facing the laying region side of the side SC, and the second facing surface D is a surface facing the adjacent surface B and facing the laying region side of the side SD. is there.

After determining the reference surface A, the adjacent surface B, the first facing surface C, and the second facing surface D as described above, first, the laying region S out of the four sides SA, SB, SC, SD of the laying region S is determined. The parting material 5 is attached to the lower end of the wall b2, b3, c2, c3, d1 facing the side (parting material attaching step).
In this case, firstly, dust, dust, etc. on the floor surface (underlying surface) of the laying area S are thoroughly wiped off and then the release paper 6a of the double-sided adhesive tape 6 of the parting material 5 is removed as shown in FIGS. After peeling off, the back surface of the side plate portion 5 is pressed against the lower end portion of the wall surface while the substrate 5a of the parting material 5 is rubbed against the floor surface and bonded. Next, after the substrate 5a of the parting material 5 is fixed to the floor surface with the curing tape 7, a fastening material 8 such as a finish nail (finishing nail) is driven into the lower end of the wall surface through the side plate part 5a of the parting material 5. Thus, the parting material 5 is fixed. Further, when the parting material 5 is fixed, as shown in FIG. 13, at the corners of the orthogonal walls (wall b3 and wall c3, wall c2 and wall d1), the substrates 5a and 5a of the parting materials 5 and 5 are provided. Are removed with a cutter so that the substrates 5a and 5a do not overlap each other.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the fixed edgeless thin tatami mats 2 are placed in order from the reference plane A and the adjacent plane B to the laying region S so that the fixed edgeless thin tatami mats 2 and 2 come into contact with each other. And laying temporarily.
In this case, on the floor surface at the corner where the reference surface A and the adjacent surface B intersect, temporarily laying the first regular edgeless thin tatami 2 in contact with the reference surface A and the adjacent surface B, sequentially, The second and third fixed edge thin tatami mats 2 and 2 are temporarily laid along the reference plane A in contact with the reference plane A. A fixed-edge thin thin tatami 2 that is temporarily laid in contact with the adjacent border-shaped thin tatami mat 2 and the adjacent surface B, and the fifth and sixth fixed-edge thin thin tatami mats 2 and 2 are already laid in sequence. , 2, temporarily laid in contact with the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2, 2, and then the seventh fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 next to the fixed edge thin thin tatami mat 2 and Temporary laying in contact with the adjacent surface B, and in turn, along the regular edgeless thin tatami mats 2 and 2 where the eighth and ninth regular edgeless thin tatami mats 2 and 2 have already been laid. 2 and 2 It will temporarily laid in state. In addition, in FIG.1 (b), the order of temporary laying of the fixed edge thin tatami 2 is described as the number attached | subjected in the circle.

When temporarily laying the regular edgeless thin tatami 2, the temporary edgeless thin tatami 2 is temporarily laid while changing the orientation of the regular edgeless thin tatami 2 so that the surface has a checkered pattern. That is, it arrange | positions so that the pattern direction of the surface materials (tatami mat) 2c, 2c of the fixed-form edge thin tatami mats 2 and 2 adjoining front and rear, right and left may mutually orthogonally cross. Since the direction of the pattern is printed on the back of the fixed edge thin tatami 2 by an arrow as shown in FIG. 1B, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 is temporarily laid with reference to the direction of the pattern. I will do it.
Then, after temporarily laying the fixed edge thin tatami 2, the gap between the lower end of the wall b2 and the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the misalignment between the adjacent fixed edge thin tatami 2 and 2 are confirmed. . If the gap between the lower end of the wall b2 and the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the joint misalignment between the adjacent fixed edge thin tatami mats 2 and 2 are larger than the allowable value, the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 Adjust the temporary laying state of the to moderately and confirm that it is within the allowable value. Even if it adjusts moderately, when it is not settled in an allowable value, the right angle of the corner of laying field S may not come out. Therefore, when the right angle of the corner of the laying region S is not actually present, the laying method according to the present invention is stopped and laid by another method.
Then, when it is confirmed that the joint misalignment or the like is within an allowable value, the temporarily laid-out fixed edge thin tatami 2 is removed from the laying region S.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), on the floor surface of the laying region S, inking is performed in parallel with the reference surface A at a pitch equal to the length of one side of the fixed edgeless thin tatami 2 from the reference surface A. The inking line is drawn in parallel with the adjacent surface B at a pitch equal to the length of one side of the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 from the adjacent surface B, thereby drawing a black line on the floor surface in a grid pattern (inking process).
Since the parting material 5 is not attached to the reference surface A, the measurement is performed on the basis of the reference surface A, and the parting material 5 is attached to the adjacent surface B. Measurement is performed with reference to the surface of the side plate portion 5b of the parting material 5.

After this inking process, as shown in FIG. 1 (d), double-sided adhesive tapes 11... Are attached to the floor parallel to the reference surface A (double-sided adhesive tape application process).
In this double-sided adhesive tape affixing step, the position on the reference surface A, the position on the first facing surface C, the positions on both sides of the inking line 10 parallel to the reference surface A, and half the pitch from the inking line 10 The double-sided adhesive tape 11 is affixed to the floor surface at an intermediate position separated by a half pitch.
In addition, since there is a sill (saddle member) b1 orthogonal to the direction in which the double-sided adhesive tape 11 is applied, the double-sided adhesive tape 11 is parallel to the side of the sill c1 in order to prevent a step defect due to the thickness of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 after being applied. Paste.
As shown in FIG. 14, the double-sided adhesive tape 11 is a special tape that can be laterally shifted while pressure is not applied from above and is fixed when pressure is applied. Therefore, after applying the double-sided adhesive tape 11, care should be taken not to step on the double-sided adhesive tape 11 from above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 is placed so that the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 and 2 come into contact with the laying region S sequentially from the reference surface A and the adjacent surface B. (Typical edgeless thin tatami laying process).
In this fixed edge thin tatami laying step, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 is laid in the same manner as in the temporary laying step shown in FIG. In this case, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 affixed to the floor surface is peeled off each time when the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 is laid, and then the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 on the double-sided adhesive tape 11. Glue. And there is no big shift between the edge of the fixed-shaped edge thin tatami 2 and the black line 10, or between the fixed-edge thin thin tatami 2 and the eaves members a1, a2, b1 and the parting material 5. Check if there are gaps, and if necessary, adjust it by shifting it slightly in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. To do.
By laying the fixed-edge thin tatami mat 2 as described above, as shown in FIG. 5, the fixed-edge thin thin tatami mat 2 is applied to the heel member a2 and the heel member (sill) a1 between the floors without gaps. As shown in FIG. 6, the fixed-edge thin thin tatami 2 is brought into contact with the eaves member (sill) b1 without a gap.
Further, in the above-described regular edgeless thin tatami laying process, when the first regular edgeless thin tatami 2 is laid and pasted on the floor of the corner where the reference plane A and the adjacent plane B intersect, FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, when the fixed edgeless thin tatami 2 is brought into contact with the lower end portion of the wall b2 through the parting material 5, the cover part 5c of the parting material 5 is covered on the upper surface of the edge of the regular edgeless thin tatami 2. (Parting material covering process).

After the regular edge thin tatami laying process as described above, as shown in FIGS. 1 (e) to 1 (g), the regular edge thin tatami mat group 15 in which a plurality of regular edge thin tatami mats 2 are laid. Between the outer peripheral surfaces 15a, 15b and the second opposing surface D and the first opposing surface C, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 formed by cutting the fixed-edge non-thin tatami 2 so as to fit in between is second-opposed. The laying region S is laid so as to contact the surface D, the first facing surface C and the outer peripheral surfaces 15a and 15b, and an adjustment edge is formed at a corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect. Lay the thin tatami 3 (adjustment edge thin tatami laying process). In addition, in FIG.1 (e)-FIG.1 (g), the order of temporary laying of the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is described as the number attached | subjected in the circle.

In the adjusting edge non-thin tatami laying step, first, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), the adjusting edge non-thin tatami 3 between the outer peripheral surface 15 a of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami group 15 and the second facing surface D. Is laid on the floor so as to be in contact with the second facing surface D and the outer peripheral surface 15a. In this case, the length between the outer peripheral surface 15a and the surface of the side plate portion 5b of the parting material 5 attached to the second facing surface D is measured, and the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat according to this measured value. 2 are cut with a cutter to prepare three edging tatami mats 3. Since the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 is square, the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 is cut in parallel with one side in consideration of the pattern direction on the surface. Then, the three adjustment edge thin tatami mats 3 are sequentially placed along the second facing surface D sequentially. At that time, if the adjustable edge thin tatami mat 3 does not fit into the parting material 5 and does not fit into the fixed edge thin tatami mat group 15 when it is placed from above, it will not fit well. Cut and adjust.
And if it is temporarily placed and fits well, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 affixed to the floor is peeled off, and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is inserted into the parting material 5 as shown in FIG. In this way, it is laid on the floor sequentially from the left side in the numerical order and fixed with the double-sided adhesive tape 11.
By laying the adjustment edge non-thin tatami mat 3 as described above, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami mat 3 is brought into contact with the eaves member a2 between the floors T without any gap as shown in FIG.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, when the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the lower end portion of the wall d <b> 1 via the parting material 5, the cover of the parting material 5 is covered on the upper surface of the edge of the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3. The part 5c is covered (parting material covering step).

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (f) and FIG. 1 (g), the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is placed between the outer peripheral surface 15 b of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mat group 15 and the first facing surface C. 1 It is laid on the floor so as to be in contact with the opposing surface C and the outer peripheral surface 15b. In this case, the length between the outer peripheral surface 15b and the surface of the side plate portion 5b of the parting material 5 attached to the first facing surface C is measured, and the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat is matched to this measured value. 2 is cut with a cutter to prepare one piece of adjustable edge thin tatami mat 3. Further, the length between the outer peripheral surface 15b and the side surface of the flange member c1 is measured, and in accordance with this measured value, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 is cut by a cutter to form the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 Prepare two. Since the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 is square, the fixed-edge thin tatami 2 is cut in parallel with one side in consideration of the pattern direction on the surface.
First, as shown in FIG. 1 (f), the adjustment-rim thin tatami mat 3 is laid on the floor surface at the corner where the adjacent surface B and the first facing surface C intersect at right angles. In this case, since the parting materials 5 and 5 are attached orthogonally to the walls b3 and c3, the adjustment edge-less thin tatami 3 is inserted into the parting material 5 attached to the wall c3, and this adjustment edge is not present. The thin tatami mat 3 is inserted in the parting material 5 attached to the wall b3 while shifting in the vertical direction. Before inserting the adjustable edge thin tatami 3 into the parting material 5, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 affixed to the floor surface is peeled off, and the double-sided adhesive tape 11 allows the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 to be attached. Fix it.
Then, as shown in FIG. 9, when the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the lower end of the wall c3 via the parting material 5 attached to the wall c3, the edge of the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 The cover part 5c of the parting material 5 is covered on the upper surface (parting material covering step). Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, when the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the lower end portion of the wall b3 through the parting material 5 attached to the wall b3, the edge of the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 The cover part 5c of the parting material 5 is covered on the upper surface (parting material covering step).

Next, as shown in FIG.1 (g), the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is set between the outer peripheral surface 15b of the fixed edge non-thin tatami mat group 15 and the 1st opposing surface C (side surface of the collar member c1). It is laid on the floor so as to contact the outer peripheral surface 15b and the first opposing surface C (side surface of the flange member c1). As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the collar member c <b> 1 without a gap. Before laying the adjustment edge thin tatami 3, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 attached to the floor surface is peeled off, and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is fixed by the double-sided adhesive tape 11.

Next, the next adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is temporarily placed on the floor so as to contact the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 fixed immediately before and the first facing surface C (side surface of the flange member c1).
Next, the length between the temporarily-adjusted adjustment edge thin tatami mat 3 and the surface of the side plate portion 5b of the parting material 5 attached to the second facing surface D, and the first facing surface C and the second facing surface Measure the length between the adjustable edge thin tatami 3 fixed next to the corner where D intersects and the surface of the side plate 5b of the parting material 5 attached to the first facing surface C. In accordance with this measured value, the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 is cut in two directions orthogonal to each other by a cutter to obtain an adjusted edge thin tatami mat 3.
And this adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is temporarily placed in the corner | angular part where the 1st opposing surface C and the 2nd opposing surface D cross | intersect, and it is confirmed whether two sheets of adjustment edge thin tatami 3 and 3 fit. Once, these adjustment edge thin tatami mats 3 and 3 are removed.

Next, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect. In this case, as in the case shown in FIG. 1 (f), the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is inserted into the parting material 5 attached to the wall c2, and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is then moved vertically. Insert the parting material 5 attached to the wall d1 while shifting.
9, when the adjustment edgeless thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the lower ends of the wall c2 and the wall d1 via the parting material 5 attached to the wall c2 and the wall d1, there is no adjustment edge. The cover 5c of the parting material 5 is placed on the upper surface of the edge of the thin tatami 3 (parting material covering step).

Finally, the remaining one adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid. In this case, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is inserted between the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 adjacent in the vertical direction and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 laid at the corners, and the heel member (sill) It abuts on c1. Before laying the adjustment edge thin tatami 3, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 11 attached to the floor surface is peeled off, and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 is fixed by the double-sided adhesive tape 11. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is brought into contact with the collar member c1 without any gap, and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 adjacent in the vertical direction is brought into contact with no gap.
When all of the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami mat 3 are laid, they are stepped on from above, and securely bonded to the double-sided adhesive tape 11 to finish.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, in the fixed edge thin tatami laying step, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 is sequentially placed from the reference plane A and the adjacent surface B into the laying area S to the fixed edge thin tatami 2. , 2 are brought into contact with each other, and then the outer peripheral surfaces 15b, 15a of the fixed edge thin tatami mat group 15, the first facing surface C and the second facing surface in the adjusting edge thin tatami laying step The adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid in the laying region S between D and D, and the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 is laid at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect. Therefore, the edgeless thin tatami mats 2 and 3 can be efficiently laid in a laying area having a square or rectangular shape in plan view.

Further, by laying the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 between the second facing surface D and the outer peripheral surface 15a of the fixed-edge non-thin tatami mat group 15, between the adjacent surface B and the second facing surface D, The edgeless thin tatami mats 2 and 3 can be laid down, and then, when the adjustment edgeless thin tatami mat 3 is laid between the first facing surface C and the outer peripheral surface 15b of the regular edgeless thin tatami mat group 15, After laying the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 at the corner where the first facing surface C and the second facing surface D intersect, the last adjustment edge non-thin adjacent to the adjustment edge non-thin tatami 3 laid at this corner By laying the tatami 3, the edgeless thin tatami 3 can be spread between the reference surface A and the first facing surface C and at the corners. As a result, the edgeless thin tatami (the regular edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3) can be spread in the laying region S.

Further, after drawing the inking line 10 on the floor surface by the inking process, the double-sided adhesive tape applying process is performed in the position of the reference surface A, the position of the first facing surface C, and the black ink parallel to the reference surface A. Since the double-sided adhesive tape 11 is affixed to the floor surface at both side positions of the strike line 10 and at an intermediate position that is a half pitch apart from the ink strike line 10, there is no fixed edge to be laid in the laying area S. The double-sided adhesive tape 11 for fixing the thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edgeless thin tatami 3 can be arranged at an optimal position.
Then, in laying the fixed edge thin tatami mat 2 and the adjustable edge thin tatami mat 3 on the floor surface in the fixed edge thin tatami laying step and the adjusting edge thin tatami laying step, respectively, the release paper is peeled off and the double-sided adhesive tape 11, the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the adjustment edge thin tatami 3 are affixed to the floor surface.

Further, in the parting material attaching step, the bottom surface of the parting material 5 is brought into contact with the floor surface, and the back surface of the side plate part 5b of the parting material 5 is bonded and fixed to the lower end of the wall surface with the double-sided adhesive tape 6, and then the fastening material. 8 is driven into the lower end portion of the wall surface through the parting material 5, so that the parting material 5 can be firmly fixed to the lower end portion of the wall surface in a state of being in contact with the floor surface.
In addition, after temporarily laying the fixed edge thin tatami 2, the gap between the lower end of the wall b2 and the fixed edge thin tatami 2 and the misalignment between the adjacent fixed edge thin tatami 2 and 2 are confirmed. Thus, it is possible to reliably lay the fixed edge thin tatami mat in the subsequent fixed edge thin tatami laying step.
