Description

Claims (11)
- コンタクトレンズを水和させる方法であって、
コンタクトレンズを収容したウェルを水溶液で満たす工程を有してなり、
少なくとも3つの注入ノズルが、前記水溶液の流れを前記ウェル内に注入し、前記注入ノズルが円形配列で配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記流れの少なくとも1つが前記コンタクトレンズ上に水溶液を注入するように、前記注入ノズルが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液の流れの注入が、前記コンタクトレンズを前記ウェル内の中心に置くことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ウェルが、ブリスター包装容器内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ブリスター包装容器内の前記ウェルを前記水溶液で満たした後、前記ブリスター包装容器のフランジ上にリッドストックを封止する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記リッドストックを前記フランジに封止した後、前記ブリスター包装容器およびその内容物を高圧蒸気殺菌する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記ウェルから前記水溶液を排出し、前記ウェルに追加の水溶液を補充する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が緩衝生理食塩溶液を含み、前記ウェルがブリスター包装容器内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- コンタクトレンズを収容したウェルを含むホルダーと、
前記ウェルと位置合わせして配置可能なノズル組立体であって、前記ウェル内に水溶液の流れを導くための少なくとも3つの注入ノズルを含む組立体と、
を備えてなり、
前記注入ノズルが円形配列で配置されることを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記ホルダーが、前記ウェルおよび前記ウェルを取り囲むフランジを備えたブリスター包装容器であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の組立体。
- 前記ホルダーが前記ウェルと位置合わせして配置される場合に、前記流れの少なくとも1つが前記コンタクトレンズ上に水溶液を注入するように、前記注入ノズルが配置されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の組立体。
