Description
Claims (21)
- 回転弁に使用するためのシャフト連結アセンブリであって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有する細長部材であって、前記第1の端部が、インボリュート形の外面と、矩形のシャフトを受けるように構成された第1の開口部とを有する連結部分を含み、前記連結部分が、少なくとも1つの可撓性部材を含み、前記可撓性部材が、前記第1の開口部を少なくとも部分的に画定する第1の面と、前記インボリュート形の外面を少なくとも部分的に画定する第2の面とを有する、細長部材と、
前記細長部材を受ける第2の開口部と、前記連結部分のインボリュート形の外面を受けるように構成されたインボリュート形の半径を有する第3の開口部とを有するスリーブと
を備えるシャフト連結アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、角で材料の寸法が厚い、請求項1に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブが、レバーと一体に形成され、前記レバーが、アクチュエータに回転可能に連結されるように構成される、請求項2に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 複数の可撓性部材をさらに備え、前記複数の可撓性部材および前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、前記矩形のシャフトを受けるように構成された前記第1の開口部を画定する、請求項3に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材の第1の面に対向する第3の面を有する少なくとも別の可撓性部材をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材および前記少なくとも別の可撓性部材が、それらの間に前記矩形のシャフトを受容するように構成され、前記インボリュート形の外面が前記第3の開口部に係合しているときに互いに向かって変位するように構成される、請求項4に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記連結部分の外面が、前記細長部材の第2の端部に向かって先細りする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記第3の開口部のインボリュート形の面が前記第2の開口部に向かって先細りする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記第3の開口部の先細りした面により、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材が、前記細長部材の軸に向かって変位して、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部材の内面が、前記矩形のシャフトの1つまたは複数の面に係合する、請求項7に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記細長部材の第2の端部が、前記細長部材を前記スリーブに連結する、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 前記細長部材の第2の端部が、ナットまたはボルトのうちの少なくとも一方に係合するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシャフト連結アセンブリ。
- 矩形のシャフトに使用するためのコレットであって、
細長部材に連結されるように構成されると共に、それぞれが、前記矩形のシャフトを受けるように構成された実質的に矩形の内腔の少なくとも一部分を形成する内面を有するように構成される、複数の可撓性部材を備え、
前記複数の可撓性部材が、レバーの開口部のインボリュート形の内面に係合するためのインボリュート形の外面を形成し、少なくとも一つの可撓性部材の角での材料の寸法が角の間での材料の寸法よりも厚くされており、前記レバーの開口部が、前記複数の可撓性部材を前記細長部材の軸に向かって変位させて、前記複数の可撓性部材のそれぞれの内面を前記矩形のシャフトの1つまたは複数の面に係合させるように構成されるコレット。 - 前記複数の可撓性部材が、前記複数の可撓性部材の内面が前記矩形のシャフトに係合するときに、前記矩形のシャフトにクランプ力を加える、請求項11に記載のコレット。
- 前記レバーがアクチュエータに関連付けられている、請求項12に記載のコレット。
- 前記細長部材が、前記複数の可撓性部材と一体に形成される、請求項13に記載のコレット。
- 前記細長部材が、ナットまたはボルトのうちの少なくとも一方に係合するように構成された螺刻部分を含む、請求項14に記載のコレット。
- ハウジングに取り付けられ、シャフトを有する、弁と、
前記弁に動作可能に連結され、前記ハウジング内に配置される、アクチュエータと、
細長部材と一体に形成された複数の可撓性部材を有するコレットであって、前記複数の可撓性部材の外面が、インボリュート形の外面を形成し、少なくとも一つの可撓性部材の角での材料の寸法が角の間での材料の寸法よりも厚くされており、前記複数の可撓性部材の内面が、前記シャフトを受ける第1の開口部を形成する、コレットと、
前記コレットの細長部材を受ける第2の開口部と、前記複数の可撓性部材の外面によって画定された前記インボリュート形の外面に係合するように先細りしたインボリュート形の面を有する第3の開口部とを有する、前記アクチュエータに動作可能に連結されたレバーと
を備える回転制御弁。 - 前記複数の可撓性部材が、前記第3の開口部内で摺動するように構成され、前記第3の開口部の先細りした面が、前記複数の内面が前記矩形のシャフトに係合するように、前記複数の可撓性部材の外面に係合する、請求項16に記載の回転制御弁。
- 前記複数の可撓性部材の外面が先細りしている、請求項17に記載の回転制御弁。
- 前記細長部材が、前記コレットを前記レバーに連結するために、前記第2の開口部を通って延在し、ナットまたはボルトのうちの少なくとも一方に係合するように構成された、螺刻された端部を含む、請求項16に記載の回転制御弁。
- 前記シャフトおよび前記第1の開口部が実質的に矩形である、請求項16に記載の回転制御弁。
- 前記アクチュエータが、電気式アクチュエータ、空気圧式アクチュエータ、油圧式アクチュエータ、または手動式のアクチュエータのうちの1つである、請求項16に記載の回転制御弁。
