Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態を示す部分断面図である。この形状のがいしは下ひだ懸垂がいしと呼ばれるもので、1は磁器製のがいし本体、2はキャップ、3はピンである。がいし本体1の外周には3枚の外ひだ4が形成されており、キャップ2からピン3までの沿面閃絡距離を拡大している。なおがいし本体1の内面は滑らかな形状である。図2に模式的に示したように、がいし本体1の表面には通常の釉薬層5が施釉されているうえに、さらに帯電防止剤のコーティング層6が形成されている。釉薬層5の厚みは数百μmであるのに対し、コーティング層6の厚みはその1/100以下の非常に薄いものである。コーティング層6はがいし本体1の表面全体に形成することを基本とするが、後述する実施例2に示すように、がいしの形状によっては上面のみ、下面のみ或いは一部のみに形成することもできる。

Claims (5)
- 磁器製のがいし本体の表面に、帯電防止剤のコーティング層を形成した耐汚損がいしであって、該コーティング層の厚みを、コーティング後のがいしの表面抵抗が1000〜100000MΩとなるように調整したことを特徴とする耐汚損がいし。
- 帯電防止剤が、導電性の金属酸化物または金属をバインダー中に分散させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐汚損がいし。
- 導電性の金属酸化物または金属が、ZnO、Sb2O4、SnO2、Fe2O3、Agから選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の耐汚損がいし。
- がいし本体が、下ひだまたは外ひだを備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐汚損がいし。
- 帯電防止剤のコーティング層が、がいし本体の全面、上面のみ、下面のみ或いは一部分のみに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐汚損がいし。
