Description
[1] アルミニウム(Al)、炭素(C)、酸素(O)からなるアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体であって、それぞれ、30モル%<Al<60モル%、0モル%<C<10モル%、30モル%<O<70モル%含むことを特徴とするアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体。
[2] 前記アルミニウム酸化物蛍光体はγ−Al2O3構造を含有する、[1]に記載のアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体。
[3]アルミニウム含有化合物を配位性含酸素有機化合物と混合し、酸素存在下に焼成することを特徴とする、[1]または[2]に記載のアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体を製造する製造方法。
Claims (2)
- アルミニウム含有化合物を配位性含酸素有機化合物と混合し、酸素存在下に焼成することにより製造された、アルミニウム(Al)、炭素(C)、酸素(O)からなるアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体であって、それぞれ、30モル%<Al<60モル%、0モル%<C<10モル%、30モル%<O<70モル%含むことを特徴とする、γ−Al 2 O 3 構造を含有するアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体。
- アルミニウム含有化合物を配位性含酸素有機化合物と混合し、酸素存在下に焼成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム酸化物蛍光体を製造する製造方法。
