Description
Claims (6)
- 連続的に取得された、不安定プラークが付着した血管壁を含む超音波診断画像の一つを基準画像とし、この基準画像以外の画像を比較画像とし、基準画像と比較画像を血管壁面が一致するよう位置合わせを行う位置合わせ手段と、
基準画像と比較画像を、不安定プラークと血流部を区別するためのしきい値を用いて二値化する二値化手段と、
二値化手段により二値化された基準画像と比較画像を、前記位置合わせされた状態で差分をとり差分画像を得る差分画像取得手段と、
前記差分画像を提供する差分画像提供手段と、
を有する、超音波断層画像の処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波断層画像の処理装置であって、差分画像取得手段は、二値化された基準画像と比較画像の差がある部分の、血管壁に交差する方向において所定の厚さ以上の部分を差分画像とする、超音波断層画像の処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の超音波断層画像の処理装置であって、前記差分画像提供手段は、差分画像を、基準画像または比較画像に、これらの画像と区別可能な態様で重畳して提供する、超音波断層画像の処理装置。
- 請求項3に記載の超音波断層画像の処理装置であって、前記区別可能な態様は、差分画像への色付けである、超音波断層画像の処理装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波断層画像の処理装置において、
前記差分画像取得手段は、基準画像に対し、複数の比較画像をそれぞれ比較して複数の差分画像を取得し、
前記差分画像提供手段は動画を表示可能な表示手段であり、前記複数の差分画像を動画表示する、
超音波断層画像の処理装置。 - 不安定プラークが付着した血管壁を含む超音波断層画像を連続的に取得する画像取得手段と、
取得された超音波診断画像の一つを基準画像とし、この基準画像以外の画像を比較画像とし、基準画像と比較画像を血管壁面が一致するよう位置合わせを行う位置合わせ手段と、
基準画像と比較画像を、不安定プラークと血流部を区別するためのしきい値を用いて二値化する二値化手段と、
二値化手段により二値化された基準画像と比較画像を、前記位置合わせされた状態で差分をとり差分画像を得る差分画像取得手段と、
前記差分画像を、基準画像または比較画像に、これらの画像と区別可能な態様で重畳して提供する差分画像提供手段と、
を有する、超音波診断システム。
