搬送された前記錐立設台および前記弾性体を所定の位置に下降させた後、前記錐立設台を前記錐を逆回転させながら上昇させて、前記弾性体と前記錐立設台とを分離する分離手段と
前記錐の上端寄りに設けられたストッパーに前記弾性体が接触したことを検知して回転中の前記錐の回転および下降中の前記錐立設台の下降を停止させる停止機構とを備えており、
前記錐はドリル長さが250〜350mmで先端が尖った丸棒状であり、前記螺旋状の刃のピッチが30〜50mm、つる巻角が30〜40°に形成されており、
