Description
コイルアセンブリを受け入れるための空間を要素間に形成する一対の対向する磁束伝導要素と、
対向する磁束伝導要素間に延びる少なくとも一つの磁石とを備え、少なくとも一つの磁石が、要素間の磁気引力が、少なくとも一つの磁石を介して働き、少なくとも一つの磁石内で釣り合うように対向する磁束伝導要素に対して配設された、発電機が提供される。
発電機のコイルアセンブリを受け入れるための空間を要素間に形成する一対の対向する磁束伝導要素と、
対向する磁束伝導要素間に延びる少なくとも一つの磁石とを備え、少なくとも一つの磁石が、要素間の磁気引力が、少なくとも一つの磁石を介して働き、少なくとも一つの磁石内で釣り合うように対向する磁束伝導要素に対して配設された、磁束伝導ユニットが提供される。
Claims (15)
- 複数の導電コイルを含む少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリと、複数の磁束伝導ユニットとを備える回転発電機であって、
前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットの各々は、
少なくとも一つの磁石と、
前記少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリを受け入れるための空間を要素間に形成する鉄または鉄を含む合金でできた一対の対向する磁束伝導要素と、
前記対向する磁束伝導要素間に延びる少なくとも一つの接続部分と、を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの磁石は、前記磁束伝導要素間の磁気引力が前記接続部分を通して働き前記接続部分内で釣り合うように、前記対向する磁束伝導要素に対して配置され、
前記回転発電機は、回転子および固定子を備え、
前記回転子および前記固定子の一方は、前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットを保有し、
前記回転子および前記固定子の他方は、前記少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリを保有し、
前記回転子は、発電装置の原動機の駆動部材に結合されて、これにより前記固定子に対して回転し、
前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、前記回転子または前記固定子のディスクの周囲に周縁を囲んで配置される、回転発電機。 - 前記発電機は、発電装置の原動機に直接結合される直接駆動式発電機、または変速機を介して発電装置の原動機に結合される間接駆動式発電機、のうちのいずれかである、請求項1に記載の発電機。
- 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットの前記少なくとも一つの磁石は、前記複数の磁束伝導ユニット内の磁束の経路が前記接続部分を通って延びるように、前記対向する磁束伝導要素に対して配置される、請求項1または2に記載の発電機。
- 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、略C字状の断面のものであり、
前記接続部分は、前記磁束伝導ユニットの中央部材を形成し、
前記磁束伝導要素は、前記中央部材に対して片持ち式に結合される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。 - 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、略I字状の断面のものであり、
前記接続部分は、前記磁束伝導ユニットの中央部材を形成し、
前記磁束伝導要素は、前記中央部材の両側に二つの片持ち式セクションを形成するように前記中央部材に結合され、
前記接続部分の両側の前記磁束伝導要素間に二つの空間があり、
前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、二つの空心コイルアセンブリをさらに備え、
前記二つの空心コイルアセンブリの一つは、各空間に受け入れられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。 - 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、略矩形の断面のものであり、
二つの接続部分は、前記対向する磁束伝導要素間に延び、
前記空間は、前記磁束伝導要素と前記二つの接続部分との間に形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。 - 前記少なくとも一つの磁石は、前記磁束伝導要素間に形成された空間内に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。
- 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットの前記少なくとも一つの磁石は、前記磁束伝導ユニットの前記接続部分を形成する、請求項1または2に記載の発電機。
- 前記磁束伝導要素間に延びて、各々が接続部分を形成する二つの磁石と、
前記磁石の間に形成されて、空心コイルアセンブリを受け入れるための空間と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載の発電機。 - 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、前記磁束伝導要素および前記接続部分を形成する一体化された本体を備え、
前記磁束伝導要素間の空間を形成する開口が、前記一体化された本体を通る、請求項1または2に記載の発電機。 - 前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、
前記磁束伝導要素の対向する面に配置された二つの磁石と、
前記空間にある前記二つの磁石の間に設置された前記空心コイルアセンブリを形成する巻線と、を備える、請求項10に記載の発電機。 - 複数の磁束伝導ユニットを備え、
各磁束伝導ユニット内のそして各磁束伝導ユニットの前記少なくとも一つの空間のそれぞれを通る磁束の方向は、前記のまたは各隣接する磁束伝導ユニットにおける磁束の方向と反対である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の発電機。 - 各磁束伝導要素に結合された磁石を備え、
前記磁石は、反対の極を互いに対面させて、かつ、前記磁石の対向する面間に前記空心コイルアセンブリが配置される、請求項1に記載の発電機。 - 複数の磁束伝導ユニットを備え、
隣接するユニットは、エアギャップによって分離されるか、非磁気伝導性のスペーサによって分離されるか、または互いに対して接合される、請求項1に記載の発電機。 - 複数の導電コイルを含む少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリと、複数の磁束伝導ユニットとを備える回転モータであって、
前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットの各々は、
少なくとも一つの磁石と、
前記少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリを受け入れるための空間を要素間に形成する鉄または鉄を含む合金でできた一対の対向する磁束伝導要素と、
前記対向する磁束伝導要素間に延びる少なくとも一つの接続部分と、を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの磁石は、前記磁束伝導要素間の磁気引力が前記接続部分を通して働き前記接続部分内で釣り合うように、前記対向する磁束伝導要素に対して配置され、
前記回転モータは、回転子および固定子を備え、
前記回転子および前記固定子の一方は、前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットを保有し、
前記回転子および前記固定子の他方は、前記少なくとも一つの空心コイルアセンブリを保有し、
前記回転子は、前記固定子に対して回転し、
前記複数の磁束伝導ユニットは、前記回転子または前記固定子のディスクの周囲に周縁を囲んで配置される、回転モータ。
