Claims (14)
- マルチキャリア無線OFDMシステムのハンドオーバーの方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)ターゲット基地局によってハンドオーバー要求を受信し、前記ハンドオーバー要求は、移動局のマルチキャリア情報を含むステップ、
(b)前記ターゲット基地局のマルチキャリア事前割り当て決定を含むハンドオーバー命令を前記移動局に伝送し、前記移動局とサービング基地局との間の全ての接続を切断するステップ、
(c)ターゲットプライマリキャリア上で同期及びネットワークリエントリを実行することで、前記ターゲットプライマリキャリア上で前記移動局とのデータ接続を確立するステップ、
(d)前記マルチキャリア事前割り当て決定に基づいて1つ以上のターゲットセカンダリキャリア上で前記移動局とのデータ接続を確立するステップを含む。 - 前記移動局は、サービング基地局を介して前記マルチキャリア情報を用いてマルチキャリア機能と選択を前記ターゲット基地局に伝送する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット基地局は、前記サービング基地局を介して前記キャリア割り当て決定を前記移動局に伝送する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット基地局は、少なくとも一部前記マルチキャリア情報に基づいて前記キャリア事前割り当て決定を作り出す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット基地局は、無線OFDMシステムに用いられる呼受付制御ポリシーに基づいて前記キャリア事前割り当て決定を作り出す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マルチキャリア事前割り当て決定は、前記ターゲット基地局に事前割り当てのセカンダリキャリアの総数を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マルチキャリア事前割り当て決定は、各事前割り当てのセカンダリキャリアのキャリアインデックスを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記マルチキャリア事前割り当て決定は、事前割り当てのセカンダリキャリアがネットワークリエントリの直後に有効にされるかどうかを示すキャリアステータスビットマップを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- マルチキャリア無線OFDMシステムにおいて、サービング基地局からターゲット基地局にハンドオーバーする移動局を動作する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)プライマリキャリア及び1つ以上のセカンダリキャリアによって前記サービング基地局とデータを伝送するステップ、
(b)前記サービング基地局から、前記ターゲット基地局のマルチキャリア事前割り当て決定を含むハンドオーバー命令を受信し、前記サービング基地局との全ての接続を切断するステップ、
(c)ターゲットプライマリキャリア上で前記ターゲット基地局とのレンジングを実行するステップ、
(d)前記ターゲットプライマリキャリア上でネットワークリエントリを実行して前記ターゲットプライマリキャリア及び1つ以上のターゲットセカンダリキャリアの両方の接続を同時に確立するステップを含む方法。 - 前記1つ以上のターゲットセカンダリキャリア上に前記ターゲット基地局とのレンジングを実行するステップを更に含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンジング及びネットワークリエントリは、前記プライマリキャリア上で実行され、前記ターゲットプライマリキャリアとなる請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット基地局がマルチキャリア事前割り当て決定を作り出す前に、前記サービング基地局は、前記移動局のマルチキャリア情報を前記ターゲット基地局に転送する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記移動局は、前記マルチキャリア情報を介してマルチキャリア機能と選択を前記ターゲット基地局に伝送する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット基地局は、前記移動局の少なくとも一部前記マルチキャリア情報に基づいて前記キャリア事前割り当て決定を作り出す請求項12に記載の方法。
