Description
本実施の形態では、製造装置の一例について説明する。図1は、概略構成図の断面である。
実施の形態1では1枚の基板を処理する手順を主に示したが、本実施の形態では、複数枚の基板の蒸着を連続して行い、間欠的に容器に有機材料を供給する手順を示す。なお、実施の形態1と共通する部分は同じ符号を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、共蒸着を行う容器の一例を図4に示す。
本実施の形態では、製造装置の一例について説明する。図5は、概略構成図の断面である。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1、実施の形態2、実施の形態3、または実施の形態4に示す製造装置で形成される照明装置に用いる、発光素子の素子構造の一例について、説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1乃至4に示す製造装置を用い、作製できる照明装置の応用例を示す。なお、照明装置の構造は実施の形態5に示す構造を用いる。

Claims (1)
- 成膜室と、制御部と、を有し、
前記成膜室は、
基板保持手段と、
前記基板保持手段に保持される基板と重なる位置に配置された容器と、
前記容器を加熱するヒーターと、
前記容器内に有機材料を含むガスを供給するノズルと、
前記容器と前記基板保持手段との間に配置されたシャッターと、
前記基板保持手段と前記容器との間の空間を囲むように配置され、前記成膜室内壁への前記有機材料の付着を防止する手段と、を有し、
前記シャッターは、前記成膜室内を区切る機能と、前記容器から前記基板保持手段に保持される基板に向かって飛散する前記有機材料を遮蔽する機能と、を有し、
前記付着を防止する手段は、前記基板保持手段に保持される基板の温度より10℃以上高く、前記容器の温度より低く、
前記制御部は、前記ガスの流量を調節する機能と、前記ヒーターに供給する電力を調節する機能と、を有し、
前記ヒーターは、前記容器を取り囲むように配置されており、
前記ガスを、前記容器に供給する前に予備加熱する手段を有することを特徴とする製造装置。
