Claims (13)
- ・単極性の電荷担体阻止層(3)と、
・該電荷担体阻止層(3)の対向する面に設けられた第1の層(1)および第2の層(2)であって、それぞれ少なくとも1つの有機材料を含むように形成された第1の層(1)および第2の層(2)と、
・該電荷担体阻止層(3)と反対側にある該第1の層(1)および第2の層(2)の面に設けられた2つの同時二極性の注入層(4)と、
・第1の電極(8a)および第2の電極(8b)と
を有する有機発光部品(10)であって、
前記第1の層(1)および前記第2の層(2)は、前記有機発光部品(10)の動作中に光を放出するように構成されており、
前記第1の電極(8a)および前記第2の電極(8b)はそれぞれ、前記電荷担体阻止層(3)と反対側の前記各同時二極性の注入層(4)の面に設けられており、
前記有機発光部品(10)は交流電圧で動作するように構成されており、
動作中、交流電圧が印加されている期間に依存して前記第1の層(1)と第2の層(2)とが交互に発光するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、有機発光部品(10)。 - 前記有機発光部品(10)は、交流電流を調整するための調整ユニット(5)を含み、
前記有機発光部品(10)は交流電圧で動作するように構成されている、請求項1記載の有機発光部品(10)。 - 前記調整ユニット(5)によって、前記交流電流の特性パラメータである振幅、振幅比およびデューティ比のうち少なくとも1つの特性パラメータが制御される、請求項2記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 動作中に放出される光の特性パラメータである色調、彩度および明度のうち少なくとも1つの特性パラメータが前記調整ユニット(5)によって制御される、請求項2または3記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 前記電荷担体阻止層(3)は一貫しており、パターニングされない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 動作中に相互に異なる波長領域を発光するように前記第1の層(1)と第2の層(2)とが設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 前記電荷担体阻止層(3)と反対側の前記第1の層(1)または前記第2の層(2)の面に、動作中に放出された放射の少なくとも1つの一部を別の周波数の放射に変換する変換材(7)が設けられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 前記第1の層(1)は青色スペクトル領域またはUVスペクトル領域の光を放出するように構成されており、前記第2の層(2)は緑色スペクトル領域または赤色スペクトル領域の光を放出するように構成されており、
前記電荷担体阻止層(3)と反対側の前記第1の層(1)または前記第2の層(2)の面に、動作中に放出された放射の少なくとも1つの一部を別の周波数の放射に変換する変換材(7)が設けられており、
前記変換材(7)は、前記第1の層(1)または前記第2の層(2)から放出された放射の一部のみを変換するように構成されている、請求項6記載の有機発光部品(10)。 - 基板が設けられており、
前記基板の実装面上に、前記第1の層(1)と前記電荷担体阻止層(3)と前記第2の層(2)と前記同時二極性の注入層(4)とが設けられており、
前記基板は、動作中に放出された光に対して少なくとも部分的に透過性である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。 - 基板が設けられており、
前記基板の実装面上に、前記第1の層(1)と前記電荷担体阻止層(3)と前記第2の層(2)と前記同時二極性の注入層(4)とが設けられており、
前記基板は、動作中に放出された光に対して少なくとも部分的に反射性である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。 - 前記基板は、変換材、反射材、散乱材またはフィルタ材の形態の添加物を含む、請求項9または10記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 少なくとも部分的に透明に形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光部品(10)を含む発光装置において、
交流電流を調整するための少なくとも1つの調整ユニット(5)を有することを特徴とする、発光装置。
