Claims (2)
- 多層に煉瓦層が内張りされた高温ガス用配管の軸方向及び軸直角方向の変形を吸収する、伸縮管及びこの伸縮管の前後に配管が接続された高温ガス配管の伸縮部の構造において、
伸縮管は中央短管の両端に伸縮蛇腹が配置されるとともに、中央短管の内面に内筒が連結され、
内筒の端部とこの内筒の端部に対面する前後の配管の端部とで形成される変形吸収用の隙間が伸縮蛇腹の範囲内に位置するように設けられ、
内筒及び前後の配管内に多層に内張りされた煉瓦層の軸方向及び軸直角方向の変形吸収隙間が伸縮蛇腹の範囲内に位置するように軸方向に設けられるとともに、変形吸収隙間が連続しないように半径方向に千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする高温ガス用配管伸縮部の構造。 - 最外層の煉瓦層の外周に円周の少なくとも1/4周以上の範囲に半径方向の変形吸収用
隙間を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温ガス用配管伸縮部の構造。
