Claims (3)
- 複数の金属ナノ粒子がボトルネックを介して互いに連結されたナノチェイン部と、正負の電流検出プローブが基板上に配置された光検出部を備えた光検出器であって、
プラズモン共鳴吸収を有する前記ナノチェイン部の長さ方向の両端が前記正負の電流検出プローブによって挟み込まれるとともに、前記ナノチェイン部の一端の金属ナノ粒子と少なくとも一方の前記電流検出プローブの先端とは、所定のギャップを隔てて配置され、
前記正負の電流検出プローブで検出される電流量の変化により前記ナノチェイン部の長さに対応した波長の光を検出することを特徴とする光検出器。 - 前記正負の電流検出プローブ間には直流電圧が印加されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光検出器。
- 前記ナノチェイン部によるプラズモン共鳴吸収の吸収波長が異なるように形成された複数の光検出部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光検出器。
