Description

Claims (22)
- 弁キャビティを含み、少なくとも一部分がプラスチックで作られる弁本体と、
前記弁キャビティ内に固定され、排出ポート、圧力制御ポート、供給ポート、およびプラグ受け端部を含む金属製インサートと、
該金属製インサートの一部内に延びて前記排出ポートに対して移動し、前記供給ポートに対してボールを移動させる部材と、
前記金属製インサートの一部分に含まれ、前記弁本体の前記一部分と同一のプラスチックで形成される内部ボールガイドとを備えることを特徴とする圧力制御弁アセンブリ。 - 前記金属製インサートの前記プラグ受け端部に受け入れられるプラグを含む請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記プラグが、鋼からなる請求項2に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- プラスチック材料を流すための流動ポートを含む請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記プラグの端部が、プラグシートを含む請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弁本体が、プラスチック材料からなる請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記プラスチック材料が、ガラス繊維入りのナイロンからなる請求項5に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記内部ボールガイドと前記弁本体とが、同じプラスチック材料を含む請求項6に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記金属製インサートが、黄銅からなる請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記移動させる部材が、鋼からなる請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ボールが、鋼からなる請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記移動させる部材が、ロッドまたはポペットからなる請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記プラグ受け端部と前記圧力制御ポートとの間の前記金属製インサートの外側表面に沿って延びて、前記金属製インサートを通過する流体の流れを可能にするチャンネル形成部材を形成する少なくとも一つのエレメントを含む請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁アセンブリ。
- 弁アセンブリ用の弁本体の製造方法であって、
プラスチック材料の流れを可能にする1つのポートとプラグ受け端部とを含む金属製インサートを用意し、
金型コアを用意し、
前記金型コアを前記金属製インサートの一部分内に配置し、
前記金属製インサートを金型キャビティ内に収容し、
前記金属製インサートの外側表面の周囲にプラスチックを成形して、前記金属製インサートを前記弁本体内に固定し、さらに、前記金属製インサートの前記ポートを通じてプラスチックを成形して、前記金属製インサートの内側部分内にプラスチック製の内部ボールガイドの少なくとも一部分を形成し、
前記金型コアを取り除く、各工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記金属製インサートが、排出ポート、圧力制御ポート、および供給ポートを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記排出ポート、前記圧力制御ポート、および前記供給ポートに加えて、プラスチック材料の流れを可能にするポートを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料の流れが可能なポートは、前記排出ポート、前記圧力制御ポート、および前記供給ポートの少なくとも一つである請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記成形する工程は、インジェクションモールディングまたはコンプレッションモールディングである請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記金属製インサートの外側表面の周囲にプラスチックを成形する工程と、前記金属製インサートの一部分内に前記内部ボールガイドを成形する工程とが、単一の成形ステップまたは動作に関連して生じる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記金属製インサートの外側表面の周囲にプラスチックを成形する工程と、前記金属製インサートの一部分内に前記内部ボールガイドを成形する工程とが、同時または実質的に同時に生じる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記金型コアが、複数の金型コア構成部材から構成される請求項14に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上のチャンネル形成部材が、前記金属製インサートの周囲に形成される請求項14に記載の方法。
