- 骨固定装置(11)を組立てるための器具(12)であって、前記骨固定装置(11)は、骨に固定されるシャフトセクション(21)および係合端部(22)を有するシャンク(2)と、前記シャンク(2)から分離しかつそこを通って延びる孔(32,321,322)を有する頭部(3)と、第1の端部(41)、第2の端部(42)および前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで延びる長手方向ボア(48)を有する受部(4)とを含み、前記頭部(3)は、前記第2の端部において前記長手方向ボア内に位置決め可能であり、
前記器具(12)は、

- 自由端セクション(82)は、前記ピンの挿入を容易にするために丸みを帯びたまたは先細りになった輪郭を有する先端部(84)をさらに備える、請求項4から5のいずれかに記載の器具(12)。

骨固定装置(11)とを備え、前記骨固定装置(11)は、骨に固定されるシャフトセクション(21)および係合端部(22)を有するシャンク(2)と、前記シャンク(2)から分離しかつ貫通孔(32)を有する頭部(3)と、第1の端部(41)、第2の端部(42)および前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで延びる長手方向ボア(48)を有する受部(4)とを含み、前記頭部は、前記第2の端部において前記ボア(48)内に位置決め可能である、システム。 - 前記器具(12)のロッドセクション(81)の直径は、前記頭部(3)の前記貫通孔(32)の直径と等しいかまたはわずかに前記頭部(3)の前記貫通孔(32)の直径未満である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャンク(2)の前記係合端部(22)は、実質的に管状の形状を有するように形成され、円筒形または多角形の区分された面を有しかつ内径を有する長手方向ボア(26)を含み、
ピン(8)の自由端部分の直径は、前記シャンク(2)の前記係合端部(22)に形成された前記長手方向ボア(26)の内径と等しいかまたはわずかに前記長手方向ボア(26)の内径未満である、請求項10または11に記載のシステム。 - 前記頭部(3)の前記貫通孔(32)の内面は、実質的に円筒形状であるが内側周方向溝(33)を有し、前記溝(33)に、前記ピンの遷移部によって弾性的に広げられることができる弾性突出部(7)が設けられ、前記シャンクの前記係合端部(22)の外面は、前記係合端部を前記頭部のボアに挿入すると前記弾性突出部を受けるように配置された外側周方向溝を備える、請求項10から12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記骨固定装置(11)の前記頭部は、固着の前に前記受部(4)内部での複数軸回動の動きを可能にするように少なくとも1つのセグメントに外側球形面(31)を備える、請求項10から13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記骨固定装置(11)は、前記頭部を締着するために固着要素またはロッドから前記頭部にかけられる圧力を伝達するように適合された圧力要素(5)をさらに含み、前記圧力要素は中心ボアを含む、請求項10から14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
