Description
Claims (10)
- レーザビーム源(2)と、レーザビーム路(20’)に配置された光学装置(5)とを備え、ワークピース(12)を相互に溶接するためのレーザ溶接装置(1)であって、
前記光学装置(5)は、前記レーザビーム源(2)により発生されたレーザビーム(3)を、リング状の横断面を備えるレーザビーム(3")に変換して結像し、
前記光学装置(5)は、リング状横断面を備える前記レーザビーム(3")を、周囲溶接継目の形成のために偏向する偏向手段を有し、
前記偏向手段は、円錐ミラー(15)として構成されており、
前記円錐ミラー(15)は、軸方向に位置変化可能に配置されているレーザビーム溶接装置において、
前記光学装置(5)に向いた側の光導波体(4)の合流領域(7)が、前記レーザビーム源(2)により形成されたレーザビーム(3)を前記光学装置(5)に供給するために、y軸およびx軸に沿って光軸(z軸)に対する位置を変化するように配置されている、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項1記載のレーザビーム溶接装置において、
前記光学装置(5)は位置変化可能に配置されたアクシコン(9)を、レーザビーム源(2)により形成されたレーザビーム(3)をリング状の横断面を備えるレーザビーム(3")に変換するために有する、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項2記載のレーザビーム溶接装置において、
前記光学装置(5)は、ビーム路中に前記アクシコン(9)の前方に位置変化可能に配置されたコリメータ(8)を、平行なビーム経過を形成するために有する、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載のレーザビーム溶接装置において、
前記光学装置(5)は、位置変化可能に配置された少なくとも1つのフォーカシング装置(14)を有する、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載のレーザビーム溶接装置において、
レーザビーム源(2)は、パルス制御されたレーザビーム(3)を形成するように構成されている、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載のレーザビーム溶接装置において、
少なくとも1つのカメラ(24)を備えるプロセス観察装置が設けられており、
前記カメラは、レーザビーム路からビームスプリッタを介して分岐された観察レーザビーム路(20’)を記録するように配置されている、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接装置。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載のレーザビーム溶接装置(1)を使用するレーザビーム溶接方法において、
レーザビーム(3)は、リング状横断面を備えるレーザビーム(3")に変換される、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接方法。 - 請求項7記載のレーザビーム溶接方法において、
リング状横断面を備えるレーザビーム(3")は、半径方向溶接継目を形成するために偏向される、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接方法。 - 請求項7または8記載のレーザビーム溶接方法において、
それぞれシリンダ部分を備えるワークピース(12)が相互に溶接される、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接方法。 - 請求項7から9までのいずれか一項記載のレーザビーム溶接方法において、
レーザビーム源(2)と溶接すべきワークピース(12)は、溶接プロセス時に回転せずに配置されている、ことを特徴とするレーザビーム溶接方法。
