Claims (4)
- パケットデータ伝送プロトコルを使用した通信ネットワークを介して、送信機サーバと、実時間で画像サンプルを復元する少なくとも1つのデコーダ受信機との間で異なるサイズを有する前記画像サンプルのストリームを伝送する方法であって、
前記画像サンプルのストリームは、予め決定されたタイプの符号化画像を含み、
当該方法は、
前記ストリームの全ての画像サンプルのそれぞれについて同じ伝送遅延を決定するステップであって、前記伝送遅延は、復元の間のそれぞれの画像サンプルのプレゼンテーション時間と同じ期間を有する、ステップと、
決定された伝送遅延内でのそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルの送出を可能にする伝送ビットレートをそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルについて決定するステップと、
前記符号化画像サンプルに固有な前記決定された伝送ビットレート及び全ての符号化画像サンプルのそれぞれについて決定された伝送遅延に基づいて、前記送信機サーバから前記デコーダ受信機にそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルを伝送するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記送信機サーバからの前記符号化画像サンプルの最大の伝送ビットレートを設定するステップと、
画像サンプルの送出について複数の伝送遅延を割り当てるステップであって、前記複数の伝送遅延のそれぞれは、前記最大の伝送ビットレートを課したときに前記決定された伝送遅延内で伝送することができない予め決定されたタイプの画像サンプルの一部を伝送するために決定される、ステップと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 実時間で画像サンプルを復元する少なくとも1つのデコーダ受信機に異なるサイズを有する前記画像サンプルのストリームを伝送するため、パケットデータ伝送プロトコルを使用した通信ネットワークに接続されるサーバであって、
前記画像サンプルのストリームは、予め決定されたタイプの符号化画像を含み、
当該サーバは、
前記ストリームの全ての画像サンプルについて同じ伝送遅延を決定する手段であって、前記伝送遅延は、復元の間のそれぞれの画像サンプルのプレゼンテーション時間と同じ期間を有する、手段と、
決定された伝送遅延内でのそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルの送出を可能にする伝送ビットレートをそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルについて決定する手段と、
請求項1又は2記載の方法に従って、前記符号化画像サンプルに固有な前記決定された伝送ビットレート及び全ての符号化画像サンプルのそれぞれについて決定された伝送遅延に基づいて、前記送信機サーバから前記デコーダ受信機にそれぞれの符号化画像サンプルを伝送する手段と、
を有することを特徴とするサーバ。 - 実時間で異なるサイズを有する画像サンプルを復元するため、予め決定されたタイプの前記画像サンプルのストリームを受信する、パケットデータ伝送プロトコルを使用した通信ネットワークに接続されるデコーダであって、
復元の間のそれぞれの画像サンプルのプレゼンテーション時間と同じ期間を有する決定された伝送遅延と、前記決定された伝送遅延内での前記画像サンプルの送出を可能にするそれぞれの画像サンプルの可変ビットレートに基づいて、伝送された画像サンプルを復号化する手段と、
請求項1又は2記載の方法に従って、同じ復元の遅延でそれぞれの画像サンプルを復元する手段と、
を有することを特徴とするデコーダ。
