Description
本発明の繊維は、高分子材料で構成されることができ、高分子材料として、例えば、アセタールポリマー、アクリル系ポリマー、セルロースポリマー、フルオロポリマー、イオノマー、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリスルホン、ポリビニルアルコール、ビニルポリマー、スチレンポリマー、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリシロキサン、ポリオキシド、液晶ポリマー、ポリエーテル、ポリ無水物、ポリイミド、ポリケトンが挙げられる。
a)不規則に充填された繊維形状の吸着剤をハウジング内に挿入して、不純物に対するゲッター剤として作用させる、又は
b)分離された繊維形状の吸着剤を、第一の物質層はハウジングの外側に面しており、第二の物質層は、敏感な装置の環境に面している2層の物質の間に封入される。
前述のナノ構造化繊維の製造のための非常に興味深い技術は、エレクトロスピニングである。

Claims (8)
- ガス状汚染物質を、それらの存在に敏感な(sensitive)装置のハウジングから、アルカリ土類金属の酸化物、ゼオライト及び過塩素酸マグネシウムから選択される活性物質の分散されたナノパウダーを内部に含むナノ構造化繊維によって除去する方法であって、該繊維が1000nm以下の直径を有する当該方法。
- 前記の繊維が、100nm以下の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のナノパウダーが、繊維の半径以下の寸法を有する、請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記の繊維が、高分子物質を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 異なる活性物質を含む複数の繊維が、前記のガス状汚染物質の除去に用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のナノ構造化繊維が、低透過性物質中に分散される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のナノ構造化繊維が、ハウジングの外側空間と面する第一の層の物質と敏感な装置の環境に面する第二の層の物質との間に封入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- エレクトロスピニングを利用して行われる、ナノ構造化繊維の製造方法であって、該繊維は、アルカリ土類金属の酸化物、ゼオライト及び過塩素酸マグネシウムから選択される活性物質の分散されたナノパウダーを内部に含み、該繊維が1000nm以下の直径を有する該製造方法。
