Claims (15)
- 光チャンバ、電気的可変散乱素子及びコントローラを有する、照明装置光を供給する照明装置であって、前記光チャンバは、LED光を放射するLEDを含み、前記LEDから離れていて、前記LED光の少なくとも一部を吸収し発光物質放射光を放射する発光物質層を有し、出口面を有し、当該出口面を通って一つ以上のLED光及び前記発光物質放射光が前記光チャンバの外部へ漏れて照明装置光を供給し、前記電気的可変散乱素子が、前記発光物質層の下流で且つ前記出口面の上流に設けられ、前記コントローラが、前記電気的可変散乱素子に電気的に接続され、前記電気的可変散乱素子の散乱を制御する、照明装置。
- 前記発光物質層が透過性セラミック層を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。

- 前記電気的可変散乱素子が実質的に不透明な状態を持ち、前記LEDが放射していない状態であるとき、前記電気的可変散乱素子が実質的に不透明な状態にある、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- LEDがLED光として青い光を放射し、前記発光物質層が、(a)黄色の光放射発光物質及びオプションで赤の光放射発光物質と、(b)緑の光放射発光物質及び赤の光放射発光物質の一つ以上を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記照明装置光から一つ以上の光学特性を感知し、対応するセンサ信号を供給するセンサを更に有し、前記コントローラが、前記センサ信号に応じて電気的可変散乱素子を制御する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 複数の電気的可変散乱素子を有する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 複数の発光物質層を有する、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 第1の発光物質層及び第2の発光物質層が、種々異なるカラーポイントを持つ発光物質放射光を放射する、請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 第1の電気的可変散乱素子が、前記第1の発光物質層の下流に設けられ、第2の電気的可変散乱素子が第2の発光物質層の下流に設けられる、請求項9又は10に記載の照明装置。
- 複数の電気的可変散乱素子及び複数の発光物質層をそれぞれ有する複数の光チャンバを有する、請求項8乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 光チャンバを有する照明装置内の電気的可変散乱素子の使用であって、前記光チャンバがLED光を放射するLEDを含み、前記LEDから離れていて、前記LED光の少なくとも一部を吸収し発光物質放射光を放射する発光物質層を有し、出口面を有し、当該出口面を通って一つ以上のLED光及び前記発光物質放射光が前記光チャンバの外部へ漏れて照明装置光を供給し、前記電気的可変散乱素子は、前記発光物質層の下流で且つ前記出口面の上流に設けられて、前記発光物質層へ戻る発光物質放射光と一つ以上のLED光の一部とを反射する、電気的可変散乱素子の使用。
- 前記照明装置により生成される前記照明装置光の相関色温度及びカラーポイントから成るグループから選択される一つ以上の光学特性を制御するための請求項13に記載の電気的可変散乱素子の使用。
- 前記電気的可変散乱素子が、実質的に不透明な状態を有し、前記電気的可変散乱素子は、前記LEDがスイッチオフのとき、前記外部から前記LED及び前記発光物質層の一つ以上の視界を妨げるために使用される、請求項13又は14に記載の電気的可変散乱素子の使用。
