Description
前記接合部材の幾何データを自動的に検出する工程と、
検出された前記幾何データから前記接合部材の接合ギャップ寸法を検出する工程と、
前記接合部材をその接合位置で接合する工程と、
前記接合部材の接合中に、接着剤を接合ギャップに塗布する工程とを備え、
前記接着剤は前記接合部材が仮のギャップ位置に位置された状態で前記接合ギャップに塗布され、前記接合部材は前記接着剤の塗布中に最終接合位置に位置される。
第1接合部材を受け取るためのコンポーネント台を有するコンポーネントキャリアと、
少なくとも一つの統合ツールを受け取るための中央キャリアと、
前記第1接合部材に導入されるべき他の接合部材を受け取り且つ導くための統合ツールと、
前記接合部材の幾何データを検出し、且つ前記接合ギャップを算定するための測定システムと、
接着剤を塗布するための少なくとも一つの塗布ツールと、
当該装置を制御するための制御システムとを備える。

Claims (8)
- 公差を有する接合部材の接合に際し、乗り物構造体において接着剤を塗布するための方法であって、
前記接合部材(1、7)の幾何データを自動的に検出する工程と、
検出された前記幾何データから前記接合部材(1、7)の接合ギャップ寸法を検出する工程と、
前記接合ギャップ寸法に基づいて塗布されるべき前記接着剤の量を決定する工程と、
前記接合部材(1、7)をその接合位置で接合する工程と、
前記接合部材(1、7)の接合中に、前記接着剤を接合ギャップに塗布する工程とを備え、
前記接着剤は前記接合部材(1、7)が仮のギャップ位置に位置された状態で前記接合ギャップに塗布され、前記接合部材(1、7)は前記接着剤の塗布中に最終接合位置に位置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記接着剤は、前記接合部材(1、7)の塗布開口部(15)を通じて、結合ギャップ及び/又は前記接合ギャップに外側から塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ギャップに塗布された前記接着剤が漏れることを防ぐために、前記接合ギャップは外側の又は表面の端の規制部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部材(1、7)が互いに接合される前に、前記接合ギャップの接合面が自動前処理を受けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部材(1、7)は、胴体構造体を形成するための、胴体部分(1)と構造コンポーネント(7)とによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤は、前記接合部材の接合ギャップ中に分散して前記接合ギャップを充填可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に係る方法を実行するための装置であって、
第1接合部材(1)を受け取るためのコンポーネント台を有するコンポーネントキャリア(2)と、
少なくとも一つの統合ツール(6)を受け取るための中央キャリア(3)と、
前記第1接合部材(1)に導入されるべき他の接合部材(7)を受け取り且つ導くための統合ツール(6)と、
前記接合部材(1、7)の幾何データを検出し、且つ前記接合ギャップを算定するための測定システムと、
前記接着剤を塗布するための少なくとも一つのモジュラーツール(9、10)と、
当該装置を制御するための制御システムとを備える装置。 - 表面処理のための、及び/又は表面モニタリングのための、及び/又は前記接着剤を硬化するための他のモジュラーツール(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
