Description
Claims (9)
- 患者の胸部に圧迫力を加える加力装置と、
前記圧迫力の各々に対応する前記胸部の変位を測定する測定装置と、
前記圧迫力の各々に対応する前記胸部の前記変位に基づいて前記胸部の特性を決定し、前記特性に基づいて最適な変位を達成する最適な圧迫力を決定する制御装置と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記胸部に前記最適な圧迫力を加えるように前記加力装置に命令する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置が、前記最適な圧迫力に対応する他の変位を測定し、前記制御装置が、前記他の変位が閾値を超過するかどうかを決定する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記他の変位が前記閾値を超過する場合に、前記制御装置が、前記胸部の他の特性を計算する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記最適な圧迫力が、3.8ないし5センチメートルの最適な変位に対応する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記特性が、前記胸部のばね係数及び前記胸部の減衰係数を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置が、加速器、ポテンショメータ、光測定コンポーネント、LVDT装置、反射光、1以上の角度センサ、1以上の磁気センサ、及びモータの回転数を測定する装置の1つである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加力装置が、ピストン及び圧迫ベルトの一方を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記他の特性に基づいて最適な変位を達成する最適な圧迫力を決定する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
