Description
Claims (6)
- ワイヤレス通信装置における再セグメント化されたデータ送信の欠落データをレポートするための方法であって、
再セグメント化されたプロトコル・データ・ユニット(PDU)の再セグメント化された最終PDUセグメントが受信されていないと判断すること、
前記最終PDUセグメントが受信されていないと判断することに応答して、受信ワイヤレス通信装置においてステータスレポートを生成することであって、前記ステータスレポートが、少なくとも前記再セグメント化され、且つ受信できた最終のPDUセグメントにおいて搬送されるバイトのシーケンスを開始する元のPDUからのバイト位置を識別する開始セグメントオフセット値と、終端セグメント不明インジケータとを含む、前記生成することを備え、
前記開始セグメントオフセット値は、前記PDUセグメントのセグメント長を示す、方法。 - 前記再セグメント化された最終PDUが受信されていないと判断するステップは、最終セグメントフラグを有するPDUセグメントが受信されていないと判断することにより判断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記終端セグメント不明インジケータは、終端セグメントのオフセットが不明であるかどうかを示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記終端セグメント不明インジケータは、終端セグメントのセグメント長が不明であるかどうかを示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再セグメント化されたPDUの少なくとも一部が最終セグメントフィールドを含まない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再セグメント化されたPDUのプロトコル・データ・ユニット・セグメントを再送信するための方法であって、
再セグメント化されたPDUを送信することに応答して、開始オフセットインジケータと終端オフセット不明インジケータとを含むPDUステータスレポートを受信すること、
前記受信されたPDUステータスレポートに基づいて、前記終端オフセット不明インジケータを用いてプロトコル・データ・ユニットセグメントが受信されたかどうかを判断することにより、最終の再セグメント化されたプロトコル・データ・ユニットが受信されたかどうかを判断すること、
前記受信されたステータスレポートの前記開始オフセットインジケータによって示されるバイトで始まるペイロードを有する前記PDUセグメントを再送信すること
を備え、
前記開始オフセットインジケータは、前記PDUセグメントのセグメント長を示す、方法。
