Description
気固接触器の入口より下に配置されたチャンバと、
チャンバを囲むガスプレナムと、
プレナムを気体の供給源に接続する1つまたは複数の管路と、
接触器への気体の供給源が中断されたときに実質的にチャンバを満たす、(ビーズとも呼ばれる)多数の粒子と、
プレナムからチャンバの内部への気体の流路を形成するチャンバ壁内の多数の通路であって、過半数(majority)のベッドの粒子より直径が小さい通路と

Claims (8)
- 気固接触器であって、前記気固体接触器は、決められた直径または直径の範囲を有する多数の固体粒子で実質的に満たされた内部空間を有し、前記固体粒子は、1つまたは複数の入口を通って前記気固接触器に送り込まれた気体の流れによって、前記内部空間において流動化されており、前記1つまたは複数の入口は、前記固体粒子の前記決められた直径または直径の範囲より大きい直径を有し、前記気固接触器は、
前記1つまたは複数の気体入口と前記気固接触器内の前記内部空間との間に位置付けられたプレナムと、前記プレナム内で、前記プレナムと前記内部空間との間に位置付けられた1つまたは複数のチャンバとを有し、前記1つまたは複数のチャンバが、壁を有していてそれを多数の通路が通るとともに、前記プレナムへの気体の供給源が中断されたときに前記内部空間から固体粒子を受け入れる内部の体積を有しており、前記チャンバ壁内の前記多数の通路のそれぞれが、過半数の前記固体粒子より小さい直径を有し、前記多数の通路の横断面積の合計が、前記1つまたは複数の入口の横断面積の合計に少なくとも等しく、前記気体入口から前記プレナムに入る前記気体はすべて、前記チャンバ壁内の前記多数の通路を含む通路を通過して、前記接触器の内部に入らなければならないことを特徴とする気固接触器。 - 前記通路は、前記接触器内の流路の横断面積と少なくとも同じ大きさである、前記プレナムから前記チャンバの前記壁を通して気体を伝えるための開放領域を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記壁内の前記通路は、前記チャンバの頂部において、前記チャンバの底部とは異なる量の開放領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記チャンバの前記壁は、ワイヤメッシュを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記通路は、穿孔されたプレート内の孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記チャンバの前記壁は、それを通る通路を形成する焼結した金属のシートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記チャンバの側面の一部またはすべては補強されていて、前記粒子によって加えられる力と、前記プレナムおよび前記チャンバの間の気体の圧力の違いによって加えられる力とのどちらか、または両方に耐えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
- 前記チャンバの一部が開放可能になっていて、前記接触器およびチャンバから前記粒子を除くための流路を設けるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気固接触器。
