Description
本発明は、太陽エネルギーを収集する装置、その装置を含むエネルギーシステム、およびその装置を利用して太陽エネルギーを収集する方法に関する。本発明は、(限定するわけではないが)家庭用および産業用の使用に対して、屋根に取り付けられる太陽エネルギー収集システムという特定の用途を有し、目的を説明するために、この用途に関して、本発明を更に詳細に説明する。本発明は、太陽エネルギーを収集する他の方法およびシステム(壁に設置するシステムおよび地面に設置する“広大な(broad acre)”システムを含む)における用途もあり得る。
先行技術の装置に関する以下の例は、単なる公知の知識であり、当該技術分野における共通の一般的な知識の一部を成すものではない。

入射太陽放射を吸収し、流体コネクタを介して循環流体システムに熱を伝え、および前記の吸収体の上に取り付けられる太陽電池要素の温度を調整するように、構成した熱吸収体を支持する本体部であって、吸収体および太陽電池セルを囲む透明前面を含む本体部、
前記の本体部上にあり、標準タイル屋根構造体に係合して標準的なタイルの一部を置換する相補的な縁の対になるプロファイル、ならびに
電気ハーネスに接続可能な電気コネクタ、

図1に示すアレンジメントは、屋根2を有する住居1を含み、屋根2はその上に太陽光4を受けるPV/熱太陽電池要素のアレイ3を有する。アレイ3を、要素6、7、8および9の組(セット)を含む拡大構成図5に示す。給水器10は、給水管12を介して冷水源を熱交換器11に供給する。交換器11は、クーラントライン13を介して、要素6、7、8および9にクーラントを供給する。要素6および7は要素8および9と並列に接続する。クーラントライン13は過給されたクーラントを熱交換器に戻す。熱交換器は水を温め、住居1で消費するために、ライン14を介して温水を温水槽15に供給する。これまでに説明してきたシステムは、示された態様の中で要素6、7、8および9が、既存のタイル屋根に適合させられることを除き、温水を製造する既知のソーラーシステムと類似している。
Claims (16)
- 本体部と、
当該本体部に支持されていて、太陽エネルギーを収集するプラスチック成形された熱吸収体と、
前記熱吸収体と熱的に結合する太陽電池要素と、
タイル屋根の標準的なタイルと一体化する本体部縁プロファイルを備えていて、前記本体部を基材と係合させるためのマウントと、
前記熱吸収体と他の太陽エネルギー収集装置を機能的に一体化させてソーラー温水システムを形成するように選択されたコネクタと、
前記太陽電池要素への電気コネクタと、を含む太陽エネルギー収集装置であって、
前記本体部が、前記熱吸収体および太陽電池要素の両方を囲む透明前面を含み、前記熱吸収体が広帯域太陽放射を熱的に吸収するように構成されていて、
前記透明前面は、反射を減少させるように処理した外側表面および反射性内側表面のうち、一方または両方を有する、太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記本体部縁プロファイルは、第1縁沿いの対になるプロファイルおよび対向する第2縁沿いの対応する対になるプロファイルを含み、これら対になるプロファイルは、標準的な屋根のタイルの対になるプロファイルから選択されている、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記透明前面は一体化集光要素を含む、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記一体化集光要素は、使用する際に前面の傾きが経線方向に動くように構成したプリズム部またはレンズ部を含んで成る、請求項3記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記ソーラー温水システムは、蓄熱器の離れた熱交換器と共に、回路のクーラント循環アレイを含む、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記太陽電池要素の光活性部と前記熱吸収体との間の界面は、少なくとも実質的に太陽電池要素の吸収バンド幅にわたって、太陽放射を反射するよう選択される、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記熱吸収体および前記太陽電池要素は、前記本体部内の空間に環境的に封止されている、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記環境的に封止された熱吸収体および太陽電池要素には、上記空間内の最小限の空隙が伴っている、請求項7記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記太陽電池要素は、多結晶または単結晶太陽電池(PV)要素、アモルファスPV要素および化学染料人工光合成要素から選択される、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 同様のタイル要素と共に太陽エネルギー電池アレイを形成する取り外し可能なタイル要素を含んで成る太陽エネルギー収集装置であって、
当該取り外し可能なソーラータイル要素が、内部空間を規定するポリカーボネート本体部を含んで成り、その内部空間に前記太陽電池要素としての少なくとも1つの太陽電池、前記熱吸収体、および関連する電気およびウォーターコネクタを収める、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の装置の相互接続アレイを含んで成る、太陽エネルギー収集システム。
- 各熱吸収体が、熱サイフォンヘッダーを含む流体循環システムの温側および冷側のそれぞれへの流入接続部および流出接続部を有する、請求項10記載の太陽エネルギー収集システム。
- 前記流体循環システムは2本のチューブを含んでいて、
前記流入接続部および流出接続部は、前記2本のチューブを貫通するよう構成された、自己封止・貫通コネクタからなる、請求項12記載の太陽エネルギー収集システム。
- 前記電気コネクタは電気ハーネスに接続可能である、請求項1記載の太陽エネルギー収集装置。
- 前記電気ハーネスと並列の電気接続が、前記電気コネクタをスナップイン結合させることで形成されている、請求項14記載の太陽エネルギー収集システム。
