Description
Claims (7)
- X軸方向の両端で固定され形成される部品であって、固定中に重力によってたわむ部品の公称形態に対する出来上がった形状の変化量を補うシステム(800)であって、ここで公称形態は部品のモデルを使用して予め決定されており、前記システムは:
コンピュータが読み取り可能な媒体上に具現化されたデータベース(820)であって、部品の公称形態の三次元形状に関するデータを含む前記データベースと、
部品の出来上がった形態を調査する非接触計測システム(114)であって、この調査が、部品の公称形態の三次元形状に関するデータの少なくとも一部に対応する測定ポイントを含む非接触計測システムと、
前記データベースからデータを、及び前記非接触計測システムから出来上がった形態の少なくとも一部を受け取るプロセッサと
を備え、そして前記プロセッサが:
前記データベースから受け取った三次元形状のデータを使用して複数の公称平面パッチ(318)を画定し、
三次元形状のデータに対応する調査データ内にポイントを位置づけし、
複数の公称平面パッチのうちの少なくとも一つの公称平面パッチと対応する平面パッチの平面偏差を、前記ポイントの位置に基づいて決定し、
前記平面偏差と、Y平面と前記公称平面パッチとの間の角度とに基づいて、Z軸方向のZ誤差を決定し、
Y平面誤差をY軸方向のY誤差に設定し、
X軸方向のX誤差をY誤差の割合として決定し、
前記X誤差、前記Y誤差及び前記Z誤差を三次元的位置誤差として出力する、
システム。 - 前記部品が航空機の胴体バレルを含み、前記データベース(820)が窓及びドアの少なくとも一つの外形を画定するデータを含み、窓及びドアの少なくとも一つの外形が非平面である、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
- 外形が少なくとも一つの曲線を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記プロセッサが、三次元的位置誤差を使用してモーフィングアルゴリズムを実行し、更なる製造過程に対する寸法指示を生成する、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記プロセッサが、電動式加工ツールに対して寸法指示を生成するように構成されており、前記電動式加工ツールが、部品がデータベース(820)に保存された部品の公称形態に実質的に一致するように、部品の一部を選択的に除去するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記非接触計測システムが光学的計測システム(114)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記プロセッサがさらに、多角形化したメッシュを用いて複数の公称平面パッチ(318)を画定する、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
