Claims (3)
- フル・カラー画像を生成させるためのOLEDディスプレイであって、
a)アドレス可能な3つの異なる色の色域決定画素と、アドレス可能な4番目の色域内画素とが含まれる異なる少なくとも4色の複数のカラー画素(ただし各画素は、第1の電極および第2の電極と、これら電極の間に設けられた1つ以上の有機発光層とを有する有機発光ダイオードを備えている)を備えていて;
b)上記OLEDディスプレイは、選択されたディスプレイ白色点と、ディスプレイ・ピーク輝度と、色域決定画素ピーク輝度と、色域内画素ピーク輝度とを持ち;
c)上記OLEDディスプレイはさらに、上記各カラー画素の有機発光ダイオードの輝度を調節して、上記色域決定画素ピーク輝度の和が上記ディスプレイ・ピーク輝度よりも小さくなるようにする駆動手段を備え、かつ
