Description
Claims (9)
- 電線での火花の発生直後に自動的に動作する電源遮断装置であって、
漏電遮断器または電子スイッチの出力側の電線に接続され、かつ電気火花により発生する電磁波のパルス電流で駆動されて電流を印加するスイッチング回路と、前記スイッチング回路に接続され、それから印加された電流を整流し、前記電流を直流に変換するとともに、電圧降下後に一定電圧を出力する整流平滑回路と、電流が所定の時間連続的に供給される際に、前記整流平滑回路によって印加された電流の流れを遅延させることにより前記漏電遮断器の電源遮断動作のスイッチング手段を動作させる動作遅延回路と、からなり、
前記スイッチング回路は、電気火花に起因する電流が、コンデンサと抵抗器が回路保護用抵抗器を介して前記漏電遮断器の出力側の電線に並列接続されている回路に流入すると、前記電磁波のパルス電流で駆動される一次側パルストランスの巻線と、前記一次側パルストランスの巻線に流入する電流がそれに対して誘導される二次側パルストランスの巻線と、前記二次側パルストランスの巻線の出力電流を制御する可変抵抗器と、前記二次側パルストランスの巻線の出力電流でトリガーされるトライアックと、前記トライアックを急激な電流から保護する抵抗器と、からなる電源遮断装置。 - 前記整流平滑回路は、入力電流を整流するダイオードと、リップルを除去することによって前記ダイオードで整流された電流から交流成分を除去する平滑コンデンサと、前記平滑コンデンサで変換された直流の電圧降下のための抵抗器及びコンデンサと、前記コンデンサの充電が完了すると電流を印加する第1ツェナダイオードと、前記コンデンサの充電電圧が所定の値よりも高いと逆電流を前記コンデンサに印加することによって一定電圧を維持する第2ツェナダイオードと、前記第2ツェナダイオードに流入する電流を制限するとともに、前記一定電圧を調整する抵抗器と、からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記動作遅延回路は、印加電流により充電されるコンデンサと、前記コンデンサの充電に必要な時間を制御する可変抵抗器と、前記コンデンサの電圧が所定の値まで増加され、かつエミッタ電圧として印加されるとトリガーされるユニジャンクショントランジスタと、前記ユニジャンクショントランジスタに電流を印加すると電圧を発生する抵抗器と、前記抵抗器に接続され、かつ、そのゲートが前記抵抗器から電流の供給を受けるとトリガーされるサイリスタと、前記サイリスタに電流を印加すると電圧が印加されるダイオードと、前記ダイオードに並列接続されるリレーと、からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記スイッチング回路は、前記トライアックをトリガーするコンデンサと、前記コンデンサのサージ電流を制御する抵抗器と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記スイッチング回路は、前記漏電遮断器または前記電子スイッチの入力側の電線への電気信号入力のノイズを除去する電磁妨害(EMI)フィルタをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記スイッチング回路は、前記漏電遮断器の入力側からの高いサージ電圧入力を吸収することによって前記回路を保護する電圧非直線抵抗体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記リレーは、巻線とスイッチからなり、
前記スイッチは、前記巻線が励磁されるとオンになることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電源遮断装置。 - 前記動作遅延回路は、前記漏電遮断器の電源遮断動作のスイッチング手段としてLa‐SCRやLa‐SCSなどの半導体無接点スイッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
- 前記動作遅延回路は、前記スイッチング手段に接続され、かつ電線での電気火花が発生直後に動作する表示ランプまたは警報装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源遮断装置。
