Description

This invention relates to a folding work gondola, a gondola that works from a work cage via a wire rope or the like hanging from the top of a structure such as a building, and can be easily transported in a folded state, It can be easily assembled and installed, and is suitable when one worker gets on board and works.

Traditionally, it has been suspended with ropes such as wire ropes for safe and efficient work in high places such as building and repairing walls of structures such as buildings, ships, power plants, tanks, chimneys, and bridges. A work gondola equipped with a work cage on which an operator rides is often used, and the work cage can be moved up and down by an elevating mechanism, and in addition to up and down as needed, left and right can be traversed. A wide range of work is performed by moving the work cage in combination.

Among the work performed with such a work gondola equipped with a work cage, there are relatively simple work such as work in a narrow place and partial repair, and if it is sufficient to work with one worker, The chair type gondola which can work in the state which the operator sat down using the work cage as a chair was used (refer to patent documents 1).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-5243

However, with a chair-type gondola, you can work safely without falling even if you get off the chair by sitting on the chair with the support pipe sandwiched between the crotch, but you can work in a sitting position. Therefore, depending on the content of the work, there is a problem that the work is difficult to perform, such as less power than when standing up.

In addition, in the case of a chair type gondola, there are few places for mounting tools and materials necessary for work, and it is limited to the range that the operator can hold, so the work content is restricted and the necessary tools and materials can be obtained. There are problems such as having to move frequently.

Furthermore, even if the chair-type gondola itself is small, there is a problem that when an operator sits down, the front-rear length increases correspondingly depending on the position of the operator's knee.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and can easily carry a simple work such as a work in a small place or a partial repair when a single worker works. In this folding work gondola 1, in addition to the upper handrail frame 25 and the four folding struts 26 that support it as handrails, two intermediate handrails are provided at the top and bottom intermediate portions of the folding struts 26 at the front, rear, left and right sides of the rectangle It is done. The intermediate handrail includes two left and right intermediate handrail members 27 and two front and rear intermediate handrail members 28 serving as guides.

The two left and right intermediate handrail members 27 include one intermediate handrail member 27 that connects the intermediate connecting portions 26c of the two left folding support posts 26 and the intermediate connection portion 26c of the two right folding support posts 26. It is composed of another intermediate handrail member 27 to be connected, and an upper link 26a and a lower link 26b are overlapped at both ends of the intermediate handrail pipe 27a and connected from the outside by a connection screw 27b. A guide pin portion 27c that guides the folding of the two folding struts 26 on the left side or the right side is integrally provided at the outer end portion. As a result, the left and right handrail frames are constituted by the two folding columns 26 each having an intermediate portion connected by the intermediate handrail member 27.

Further, an inner spacer 26d and an outer spacer 26e are integrally attached to the folding strut 26 on the inside and outside of the lower end portion of the upper link 26a, respectively, and an outer spacer 26f is provided on the outer side of the lower end portion of the lower link 26b. The upper and lower links 26a and 26b are attached together by welding or the like, and are folded when the upper and lower links 26a and 26b are folded, and between the upper link 26a and the guide / intermediate handrail member 28 and the peripheral side wall portion 22. It is possible to secure a space where the operator's fingers are not caught.

Further, in the folding column 26, pin insertion holes 26g are formed through the lower end upper portion of the upper link 26a and the upper end protruding portion of the lower link 26b in order to hold the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b in an extended state. In the illustrated example, the inner spacer 26d is also provided with a pin insertion hole 26g. By inserting the fixing pin 26h into the inner spacer 26d, the extended state can be maintained, and a force that pushes down the upper handrail frame 25 is applied. The folding column 26 is prevented from being folded. On the other hand, when folding, the folding pins 26 at the four corners can be folded by removing the fixing pins 26h from the four pin insertion holes 26g.

Next, the guide / intermediate handrail member 28 constituting the front and rear intermediate handrails is formed by forming two guide grooves 28a from both ends to the center of the metal plate material, and the left and right intermediate rails along these two guide grooves 28a. The guide pin portion 27c of the handrail member 27 is slidably engaged and guided, and the left and right handrail frames (two folding columns 26 and the intermediate handrail member 26) are guided via the guide pin portion 27c. It is connected with.

Accordingly, the left and right handrail frames can be folded inward by the guide groove 28a of the guide / intermediate handrail member 28, but cannot be folded outward. When the left and right handrail frames are folded inward so that the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b are overlapped, the distance between the two intermediate handrail members 27 and 27 is ensured so that the operator can stand. For example, an interval of about 180 mm is provided.

In such a foldable work gondola 1, two winders 3 and 3 for raising and lowering the work cage 2 are arranged on the left and right sides of the upper handrail frame 25, and a fixed base 31 attached to the upper handrail frame 25 by welding or the like. Each can be attached or detached via a connecting pin 32. Accordingly, the work cage 2 is folded and moved as it is with the winders 3 and 3 attached to the fixed base 31 with the connection pins 32, or the work cage 2 is folded, and then the connection pins 32 are pulled out. The winders 3 and 3 can be removed and stored in the work table 21 for transport.

Further, when working in a narrow space such as between buildings, the two intermediate handrail members 27, with the work cage 2 folded while the winders 3 and 3 are attached to the respective fixing bases 31 with the connecting pins 32, 27, an operator gets on, operates the winder 3 and 3 to lift the work cage 2 and extends the folding column 26, and inserts the fixing pin 26h into the pin insertion hole 26g, whereby the work cage 2 Can be operated while being held in an extended state, and can be easily boarded in a folded state even in a narrow place.

When descending, the work cage 2 is grounded on the ground and the folding column 26 is folded by continuing to descend while the fixing pin 26h is removed from the pin insertion hole 26g of the folding column 26. Thus, it is possible to stand between the intermediate handrail members 25 and 25 and to easily get down across the lowered upper handrail frame 25.

Further, in this folding work gondola 1, hollow rubber is formed around the upper handrail frame 25 and around the peripheral side wall portion 22 of the work table 21 in order to prevent damage to the wall surface due to contact with the wall surface of the building. A buffer material 33 is attached, and the buffer material 33 of the upper handrail frame 25 is partially cut away to prevent interference with the wire rope from the winders 3 and 3.

Further, in the folding work gondola 1, a storage case 40 for storing a control device that controls the raising and lowering of the winders 3 and 3 is provided on one intermediate handrail member 26 via a substantially reverse J-shaped locking arm 41. The upper part is supported, and the lower part is rotatably supported by the peripheral side wall part 22 of the work table 21 so as to be positioned inside the handrail frame. Thereby, it is housed in the peripheral side wall 22 of the work table 21 together with the lower link 26b in conjunction with the folding of the handrail frame, and can be set up along the lower link 26a as the handrail frame extends. .

According to the foldable work gondola 1 configured in this way, the work cage 2 that is folded and transported can be easily assembled by stretching, and the wire rope suspended from the rooftop of the building is wound around the winder. It can be installed by inserting it into 3 so that simple work such as work in small places and partial repairs can be performed with one worker standing.

As a result, the contents of the work are widened compared to the work in a sitting posture like a chair-type gondola, and work that requires power can be easily performed by standing.

Further, according to the folding work gondola 1, it becomes easier to mount tools and materials necessary for the work in the work cage 2 than in the case of the chair type gondola. It is possible to work efficiently without having to repeat frequent movements for picking up various tools and materials.

Furthermore, according to the folding work gondola 1, the operator is positioned on the inside of the handrail without touching the work wall or the like, as in the case of using the chair type gondola. This makes it possible to work in a narrow place more safely.

Furthermore, according to this foldable work gondola 1, the work gondola is provided with a work cage 2 suspended from the structure and moved along the side of the structure. A rectangular work table 21, a rectangular frame-shaped upper handrail frame 25 which is installed on the upper part facing the work table 21 and on which the hoisting machine 3 is mounted, and an upper link 26a. And a lower link 26b, and a folding support column 26 that is configured to be foldable by being connected to the middle portion so as to be rotatable, and to be pivotally connected to four corners between the work table 21 and the upper handrail frame 25, respectively. An intermediate handrail member 27 that connects the intermediate connecting portions of the two folding posts 26 arranged on the left and right sides of the work table 21 and includes folding guide pin portions 27c at both ends, and the intermediate handrail portion 27, the guide pin portions 27c at both ends of the guide 27 are slidably engaged with the guide grooves 28a. The folding column 26 can be folded inward along the guide groove 28a of the front / rear intermediate handrail member 28 with the folding support column 26 connected by the intermediate handrail member 27, and the upper handrail frame 25 is stacked on the work table 21. The work cage 2 can be folded.

Thereby, it can be set as the small work gondola 1 which can work in the state where it stood alone, it is easy to carry, and it can install simply by extending | stretching from the folded state.

Further, according to the foldable working gondola 1, the work table 21 is provided with the left and right folding struts 26 connected by the intermediate handrail member 27 folded inside the work table 21. Since the peripheral side wall portion 22 that can be accommodated in the inside is provided, the two folding struts 26 on the left side and the two folding struts 26 on the right side are folded inward, so that the peripheral side wall portion 22 of the work table 21 It can be stored inside and can be folded more compactly.

Further, according to the folding work gondola 1, the folding support column 26 has an inner spacer 26d and an outer spacer 26e spaced apart from each other so that the fingers of the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b are not sandwiched between the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b. , 26f and connected to each other, so that when the folding column 26 is folded, the operator does not accidentally pinch the finger at the interval formed between the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b, and it is safe. Can be folded.

Further, according to the folding work gondola 1, the folding struts 26 are spaced apart from each other by the distance between the intermediate handrail members 27 that connect the left and right folding struts 26 when folded at the intermediate portion. Since it is configured to be able to get on and off in a folded state and to be folded and assembled in a boarded state, an operator can stand between the intermediate handrail members 27 even when the work cage 2 is folded, and in a folded state It is possible to get on and off, and it can be folded and assembled in the boarded state, and is more suitable for work in a particularly small place.

Furthermore, according to this foldable work gondola 1, pin insertion holes 26 g that hold the extended state are formed between the upper link 26 a and the lower link 26 b constituting the folding column 26, and are fixed. Since the pin 26h can be held, the fixed pin 26h is inserted by aligning the pin insertion hole 26g between the upper link 26a and the lower link 26b, so that the extended state of the folding column 26 can be maintained. Even if a downward force is applied to the handrail frame 25, the handrail frame 25 is not folded and can be safely operated.

Further, according to the foldable work gondola 1, the storage case 40 in which the control device for controlling the operation of the work gondola 1 is stored is locked to the lower inner side of the one intermediate handrail member 27, so Since it is constructed so that it can be stored in the work table 21 in conjunction with folding, the control column for controlling the operation of the work gondola 1 is stored in the storage case 40, and the folding support column 26 is folded in the work table 21 as it is. And can be folded and used more easily.
