Description
吸気中に、「吸気いびき」が時定数Tinspを用いて吸気中にフィルタ処理された雑音として測定される。
呼気中に、「呼気いびき」が時定数Texpを用いて呼気中にフィルタ処理された雑音として測定される。
治療圧力変化が誤ったいびきの検出を引き起こさないことを保証するために、Tinsp>Texpである。
呼息に入る時に、(「吸気いびき」−「呼気いびき」)>「呼気いびき」/スレッショルド係数であるならば、いびきが検出されたと考えられる。
この値は、その後に、平均いびき値を導出するために複数回の呼吸(たとえば、5回の呼吸)に亘ってフィルタ処理される。
Claims (22)
- 呼吸サイクル中に音を検出するように構成されたセンサを備えるいびき検出装置であって、
前記センサで、上記呼吸サイクルの吸気段階中の雑音レベルを検出するステップと、前記センサで、上記呼吸サイクルの呼気段階中の雑音レベルを検出するステップと、吸気中の上記雑音レベルと呼気中の上記雑音レベルとの間の差異の関数として、いびきの値を決定するステップと、を実行する制御プログラムを動作させるプロセッサを備える、いびき検出装置。 - 吸気のいびきの値が、上記吸気段階中に検出された前記雑音レベルから決定され、装置固有の雑音の値が、上記呼気段階中に検出された前記雑音レベルから決定される、請求項1に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記いびきの値が、上記吸気のいびきの値と上記装置固有の雑音の値との間の差異として決定される、請求項2に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記雑音レベルの前記差異がスレッショルドと比較され、いびきを表す信号を発生させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記吸気段階中の上記雑音レベルが、所定の時定数でフィルタ処理された吸気中の吸気の値を決定する為に使用され、呼気段階中の上記雑音レベルが、別の時定数でフィルタ処理された呼気中の呼気の値を決定する為に使用される、請求項1に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 誤ったいびきが治療圧力の変化に起因して検出されないように、上記所定の時定数が上記別の時定数に関して調整されている、請求項5に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 前記所定の時定数が上記別の時定数より大きい、請求項5に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記呼気の雑音の値と呼気の計算値の比を上記いびきの値が超える場合、いびきを表す信号が供給される、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記センサが圧力センサである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記センサがマイクロホンである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 上記プロセッサは、複数回の呼吸に亘っていびきを表す前記信号を更にフィルタ処理し、平均いびき値として前記フィルタ処理された値を報告する、請求項4または8に記載のいびき検出装置。
- 睡眠呼吸障害を治療する為のCPAP装置であって、
加圧空気の供給を生じさせる送風機と、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のいびき検出装置と、
を備えるCPAP装置。 - 前記送風機を駆動するように構成されたモーターと、モーター速度制御手段とを更に備え、前記いびき検出装置が、上記モーター速度制御手段に接続され、前記いびき値を表す信号に応答して上記モーター速度の調整を許容する、請求項12に記載のCPAP装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記センサで上記吸気段階中の前記雑音レベルを検出して、所定の時定数でフィルタ処理された吸気段階中の吸気の値を決定するステップと、前記センサで上記呼気段階中の前記雑音レベルを検出して、別の時定数でフィルタ処理された呼気段階中の呼気の値を決定するステップであって、誤ったいびきが治療圧力の変化に起因して検出されないように、上記所定の時定数が上記別の時定数に関して調整されている、上記ステップと、上記吸気の値と上記呼気の値との差異が上記呼気の値と呼気計算値との比を超える場合には、いびきを表す信号を供給するステップと、を実行するように構成されている、請求項12または13に記載のCPAP装置。 - 上記プログラムは、複数回の呼吸に亘っていびきを表す前記信号をフィルタ処理し、平均いびき値として前記フィルタ処理された値を報告するステップを更に含む、請求項14に記載のCPAP装置。
- 上記センサは、圧力センサである、請求項14に記載のCPAP装置。
- 上記センサは、マイクロホンである、請求項14に記載のCPAP装置。
- 前記プロセッサ制御プログラムは、
前記センサで上記吸気段階中の前記雑音レベルを検出して、所定の時定数でフィルタ処理された上記吸気段階中の吸気の値を決定するステップと、上記呼気段階中の前記雑音レベルを検出して、別の時定数でフィルタ処理された上記呼気段階中の呼気の値を決定するステップであって、上記所定の時定数が上記別の時定数より大きい、上記ステップと、上記吸気の値と上記呼気の値との差異が上記呼気の値と呼気計算値との比を超える場合には、いびきを表す信号を供給するステップと、を実行するように構成されている、請求項12〜13のいずれか一項に記載のCPAP装置。 - 上記プログラムは、複数回の呼吸に亘っていびきを表す前記信号を更にフィルタ処理し、平均いびき値として前記フィルタ処理された値を報告するステップを更に含む、請求項18に記載のCPAP装置。
- 上記センサは、圧力センサである、請求項18又は19に記載のCPAP装置。
- 上記センサは、マイクロホンである、請求項18又は19に記載のCPAP装置。
- 上記別の時定数は、誤ったいびきが、治療圧力の変化に起因して検出されないように選択される、請求項14〜21のいずれか一項に記載のCPAP装置。
