Claims (7)
- レギュレータの流路を通過する流体の流れを調節するための制御アセンブリであって、
中空の制御部材と、
前記レギュレータのケーシングを貫いて配置されるように構成された中央ロッドと、
前記制御部材と中央ロッドとに対して固定された保持プレートと、
前記中央ロッドを受け入れる穴を有し、該中央ロッドに対して固定される第1のスプリング・シートと、
前記中央ロッドを受け入れる穴を有し、前記制御部材に対して固定される第2のスプリング・シートと、
前記第1のスプリング・シートと第2のスプリング・シートとの間に配置され、前記制御部材を前記レギュレータのケーシングに対して所定の位置へ向けて付勢するスプリングと、を有する制御アセンブリであって、
前記保持プレートは、レギュレータの流路に配置されるとともに、流路に流体的に連通する開口を有しており、
前記制御部材が、前記レギュレータの流路に流体的に連通するように構成された中央穴を有し、前記第1のスプリング・シート、前記第2のスプリング・シート、および前記スプリングが、該中央穴の内側に配置されている制御アセンブリ。 - 前記第2のスプリング・シートは、前記中央ロッドに対してスライド可能に配置されている請求項1に記載の制御アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のスプリング・シートおよび前記第2のスプリング・シートのそれぞれが、前記レギュレータの流路に流体的に連通する開口を有する請求項1または2に記載の制御アセンブリ。
- 前記スプリングが前記中央ロッドの周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制御アセンブリ。
- 前記中央ロッドの少なくとも一部が前記制御部材内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の制御アセンブリ。
- 流体のための流路を定めているバルブ・ボディと、
前記バルブ・ボディに接続されたアクチュエータ・ケーシングと、
前記請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の制御アセンブリとを備えたレギュレータ。 - 前記バルブ・ボディによって保持されたバルブ・シートをさらに備えており、
前記スプリングが、前記制御部材をこのバルブ・シートから離れるように付勢する請求項6に記載のレギュレータ。
