Claims (7)
- 排気ガスを発生させるタービンと、ケーシングおよびいくつかのローターブレードを有するコンプレッサとを有するガスタービンエンジン用のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システムであって、
前記コンプレッサの前記ケーシングの周りに配置されたケーシング熱交換器と、
前記タービンからの熱を抽出するタービン排気熱交換器と、
を備え、
前記タービン排気熱交換器が前記ケーシング熱交換器と連通して、前記タービンから抽出した熱で前記コンプレッサの前記ケーシングを加熱する、
コンプレッサクリアランス制御システム。 - 前記ケーシング熱交換器と前記タービン排気熱交換器とが、1つまたは複数のコンジットを介して連通する、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のコンジット上に配置されたポンプをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のコンジット上に配置されたバルブをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム。
- 作動流体が、前記タービン排気熱交換器と、前記1つまたは複数のコンジットを介して前記ケーシング熱交換器と連通する、請求項2に記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム。
- 排気ガスを発生させるタービンと、ケーシングおよびいくつかのローターブレードを有するコンプレッサとを有するガスタービンエンジンのクリアランスを制御する方法であって、
前記いくつかのローターブレードを前記ケーシング内で回転させるステップと、
タービン排気熱交換器を介して前記タービンから熱を抽出するステップと、
タービン排気熱交換器と連通し、前記コンプレッサの前記ケーシングの周りに配置されたケーシング熱交換器を介してその熱を前記ケーシングに伝達するステップと、
前記ケーシングを熱膨張させるか、または前記ケーシングの熱収縮を防止するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記タービンから熱を抽出する前記ステップが、前記タービンの出口の周りにタービン排気熱交換器を位置づけるステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
