Claims (5)
- 片側に排出口(62)が形成され、厚さを形成する壁体の内部には気体流入口(63)から流入された気体が移動しながら熱を吸収するように吸熱路(64)が形成された中空の反応炉(61)と、前記反応炉(61)の底面を形成し、その内部には前記吸熱路(64)と連通されると同時に、前記反応炉(61)に形成された流入ホール(68)を介して前記反応炉(61)の内部と連通される混合チャンバ(67)が形成されたベース(65)を含む本体(60)と、
前記反応炉(61)の内部にプラズマ反応のための放電電圧を形成させるために前記反応炉(61)の内壁と一定の間隔で離隔された形態で前記ベース(65)に固定されて前記反応炉(61)上に突出し、その内部には液状燃料が流入されて前記混合チャンバ(67)と連通される吸熱チャンバ(75)が形成された電極(70)と、
前記電極(70)の吸熱チャンバ(75)上に液状燃料を供給するように前記本体(60)に固定される液状燃料噴射手段と
を含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプラズマ反応器。 - 前記電極(70)は円錐の形状を有し、
前記流入ホール(68)は前記混合チャンバ(67)上で気体と液状燃料が互いに混合されてなる混合燃料が前記反応炉(61)の内部で回転流を形成して流入され、前記電極(70)の外周面に沿って進行するように前記反応炉(61)の内壁の法線と一定の間隔で傾斜して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器。 - 前記液状燃料噴射手段は液状燃料と共に気体が供給され、供給される気体の移動力で前記液状燃料を吸熱チャンバ(75)上に噴出させる液状燃料噴射器具(80)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器。
- 前記液状燃料噴射手段は前記電極(70)の吸熱チャンバ(75)上に液状の燃料を直接噴射するインジェクタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ反応器を用いた吸蔵触媒方式のNOx低減装置であって、
保存元から炭化水素系燃料が供給されて利用するエンジン(20)から排出された排気ガスを吸蔵触媒(30)に移動させ、前記排気ガスのNOxを前記吸蔵触媒(30)に吸着させた後、これを還元させて除去するNOx低減装置において、
前記エンジン(20)から吸蔵触媒(30)に移動する排気ガスの移動路上に前記保存元から炭化水素系燃料が一部供給され、これをプラズマ反応によって高温の還元雰囲気ガスに改質させるプラズマ反応器(50)を連結し、前記吸蔵触媒(30)でのNOx還元時に前記プラズマ反応器(50)から生成された還元雰囲気ガスが供給されるようにしたことを特徴とするプラズマ反応器を用いた吸蔵触媒方式のNOx低減装置。
