Claims (8)
- ガラス清澄装置であって、
トラフ(22)を画成するクレイドル(14)、
前記トラフ内に配置された、溶融ガラス(30)を搬送するための容器(12)、
チャンネル(32)を有し、前記クレイドルおよび前記容器の間に配置されたベッド材(16)、および
前記チャンネルと係合し、前記ベッド材の少なくとも一部を支持するキーストーン(20)、
を備えたことを特徴とするガラス清澄装置。 - 前記容器(12)がチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器(12)が、白金、ロジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、パラジウム、オスミウム、モリブデンおよびこれらの合金からなる群から選択された金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記クレイドルの側壁(24)が、前記容器(12)の上方へ延在することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ベッド材(16)が、スラリーとして前記クレイドルおよび前記容器の間に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ベッド材(16)が、耐火材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記チャンネル(32)が、前記ベッド材(16)の長さ方向に沿って延在することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記容器(12)の温度を測定するために、前記耐火ベッド(16)内に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの熱電対をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
