Description
The present invention relates to a launching device capable of firing a firing object of any material safely and at high speed.
In recent years, high-speed mobile traffic networks have been developed, and demands for higher train speeds and vehicle safety are increasing.
For example, in Japan, the time on the Shinkansen has been shortened, and there has been a demand for faster operation speeds. However, it is not possible to increase the speed by simply deploying a powerful drive device and rotating the wheels at a high speed, and the design of the vehicle body is indispensable.
For example, in the design of train bodies, it is important to develop a shape with low air resistance and to ensure the strength of the vehicle body. At the front of the vehicle, you must deal with situations where it collides with birds or animals. The higher the traveling speed, the greater the impact on the collision, so there is a possibility of damage in the conventional vehicle body structure. For this reason, it is indispensable to perform a collision experiment in advance assuming a collision with a substance such as a bird.
In conventional collision test equipment using gunpowder, a model imitating a bird was fired at high speed using the explosive power of gunpowder and collided with the target object. it was high. In addition, inevitably large and cumbersome operation for the safety of the device could not be avoided.
However, the launching device of Patent Document 1 is very large and heavy, has a limited installation location, and is inconvenient.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and aims to provide a launching device that is small and lightweight compared to the launching weight of a projectile, and that has high equipment safety and does not require special notification. For example, the following configuration can be provided as one means for achieving the object.

Means, and between the pressurizing means and the flow valve control chamber. A second pressurization control means for controlling whether or not the pressurized gas is filled in the quantity valve control chamber; and an exhaust control means capable of rapidly exhausting the gas in the flow valve control chamber; When the part is filled with pressurized gas and the second flow valve is slid in the direction of the launch tube, the first flow valve connected to the second flow valve is in the launch tube. When the pressurized gas in the flow valve control chamber is discharged while the air tank is filled, the second flow valve is slid away from the firing tube portion in the state where the air tank is filled. The flow rate valve can be moved from the inside of the launch tube portion into the air tank portion.
And, for example, the air tank portion is arranged at least from the base of the launch tube to the lower position of the launch tube portion.
Further, for example, the air tank part at the lower part of the launch tube part includes at least one cylindrical convex part.
Further, for example, a safety device mechanism capable of controlling a launch port opening of the launch tube portion in a closed state and an open state is provided.
Further, for example, the exhaust control means is a quick exhaust valve capable of rapidly exhausting the compressed gas in the flow valve control chamber, and the flow valve control chamber has the second flow valve in the vicinity of the air tank side end portion and the rear wall. The parts are slidably held in an airtight state, and a compressed gas filling port from the pressurizing means is arranged on the back wall part.
According to the present invention, there is provided a launching device that is small and light in weight compared to the launching weight of a projectile, that can perform repeated tests easily and inexpensively, has high safety in experimental facilities, and does not require special notification. To do.
In this embodiment, a heavy object can be fired in a wide range of firing speeds using compressed air, and adverse effects on the environment are minimized and the material of the heavy object to be fired is less restricted. A launching device is provided.
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The launching apparatus of the present embodiment described below can launch a heavy object up to about 10 kg at an arbitrary speed of 50 m / s to 200 m / s using gas compressed by an air compressor.
[Structure of this embodiment launch device]
A schematic structure of a launching apparatus according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic structure of a launching apparatus according to the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the size of the entire launching device, a cylindrical air tank similar to the launching tube is disposed below the launching tube, and a launch control mechanism is disposed on the back of the base of the launching tube. This is a small device with a small footprint.
In the launching apparatus of the present embodiment, 10 is a launching tube unit for storing a
If the pressurizing pressure is the same, the volume of the
For this reason, in the launching device of the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, the space can be thoroughly saved by forming the upper and lower two-layer structure by folding the air tank part below the launch tube.
40 is a regulator unit disposed between the
60 is a second switching valve disposed in the middle of the connecting pipe connecting the
80 is a flow rate valve control chamber whose central axis substantially coincides with the
The
The
The connecting
Note that the sliding position of the
In the state where the
In addition, although the
The schematic configuration of the launching apparatus of the present embodiment is as described above. However, in the actual apparatus, when the weight of the launching
As the positional relationship, for example, the
When the firing speed is set to 130 m / s, the gas pressure in the
[Operation of this embodiment launcher]
The operation of the present embodiment launching device having the above configuration will be described.
First, the
The
The pressure in the
Here, since the pressure in the flow
Since the preparation for launching the
As a result, the connecting
Thereby, the high-pressure gas in the
Since the firing speed is proportional to the pressure of the high-pressure gas in the
The state after the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the
In addition, by using a compressed gas as the drive source, there is no part to be replaced for each launch, and the running cost can be kept low.
The launch device of the present embodiment has only a configuration in which the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is smaller and lighter than the projectile's launch weight, easily realizes high-speed flight of heavy objects, has high equipment safety, and requires special notification. A launcher that does not.
Furthermore, it is possible to provide a launching device that can perform repeated tests easily and at a low running cost.
