−第3級アミンオキシド水溶液中、好ましくは、N−メチルモルフォリン−N−オキシド(NMMO)の水溶液中にセルロースを含有する紡糸溶液を製造する工程、および、
−上記紡糸溶液を紡糸して繊維にする工程を周知の工程として含み、
真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた材料を、上記紡糸溶液および上記紡糸溶液の前躯体の少なくとも一方に対し、添加し、混合することを特徴としている。
−出発セルロース物質として、例えば、パルプ、
−使用溶媒(第3級アミンオキシド水溶液、以下、適する全てのアミンオキシドの略称として、“NMMO"を使用する)
−出発セルロース物質とNMMO溶媒の混合物、特に、NMMO水溶液中にセルロースを含有した、上記紡糸溶液の作製を開始可能な懸濁液。
紡糸原液の製造として、ナノ真珠粉(セルロース重量に対して)3重量%が、紡糸原液に対して以下のように添加され、混合された。ナノ真珠粉0.78g(製造者: Messrs.Fenix、表示の粒子サイズ:40nm〜80nm)を、超音波浴槽中の脱イオン水5ml中でスラリーにした。
パルプ 13%
H2O 10.5%
NMMO 76.5%
ナノ真珠粉 (セルロース重量に対し)3%。
Claims (8)
- 真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物を含有するリヨセル繊維。
- 上記真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物を、リヨセル繊維重量に対し、0.07重量%以上、5重量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリヨセル繊維。
- 上記真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物の平均粒径が、0.04μm以上、1.5μm以下であり、好ましくは、0.4μm以上、1.0μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリヨセル繊維。
- 第3級アミンオキシド水溶液中、好ましくは、N−メチルモルフォリン−N−オキシド(NMMO)水溶液中にセルロースを含有する紡糸溶液を製造する工程、および、
上記紡糸溶液を紡糸して繊維にする工程、を含み、
真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物を、上記紡糸溶液および上記紡糸溶液の前躯体の少なくとも一方に添加し、混合することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載のリヨセル繊維の製造方法。 - 上記真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物を、セルロース重量に対し、0.1重量%以上、5重量%以下、添加し、混合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリヨセル繊維の製造方法。
- 上記真珠粉、粉砕した真珠層、またはこれらの混合物は、粉末の形態で使用され、平均粒径が0.04μm以上、1.5μm以下であり、好ましくは0.4μm以上、1.0μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のリヨセル繊維の製造方法。
- 上記粉末を、上記紡糸溶液または上記紡糸溶液の上記前駆体に添加し、混合する前に、水性懸濁液の形態に変換することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリヨセル繊維の製造方法。
- 織物製品および不織化粧用品の少なくとも一方における、美容効果のある製品としての、請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載のリヨセル繊維の使用。
